Claims (7)
- 新型LED電球であって、
ホルダー、ホルダーに互いに間隔を置いて設置される2つの電極、及び2つの電極の間に設置される自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源を備え、該自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源はフレキシブル基板、前記フレキシブル基板の両側にそれぞれ設置される2層のフレキシブル回路、前記フレキシブル回路のそれぞれに電気的に接続される少なくとも2つのLEDチップ、及び2層の保護透明シリコーンを備え、
前記フレキシブル基板はフレキシブル層と前記フレキシブル層の両側にそれぞれ設置される2層の絶縁層とを備え、前記フレキシブル層は厚さが1mmより小さくて幅が5mmより小さく、前記フレキシブル回路の各層の両端が前記2つの電極の間にそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記LEDチップの正電極及び負電極が直接フレキシブル回路に電気的に接続され、前記2層の保護透明シリコーンが前記LEDチップを備える前記フレキシブル基板の両側にそれぞれ塗布されることで前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源の延在方向に垂直である断面は円形形状又は楕円形形状を有し、前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源の形状は、元の曲げられた平面二次元構造からその軸方向に沿って曲げられた三次元構造に引っ張った形状であり、
前記LED電球は更にランプシェードを備え、前記ランプシェードがガラス又はプラスチックで製造され、前記ランプシェードが前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源を覆うように延在軌跡に沿って延在し、前記ランプシェードと前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源との距離が0mmであり前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源の前記保護透明シリコーンは前記ランプシェードに密着していることを特徴とする新型LED電球。 - 前記元の曲げられた平面二次元構造がV形構造、W形構造又は波形構造のうちの1つ又は複数の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
- 前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源の構造がV形、W形、心形、又は波形のうちの1つ又は複数の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
- 前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源が任意形状の円弧形、螺旋形、任意形状の鋭角、鈍角、及び上記4つのうちのいずれか2つ又は3つの組み合わせを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
- 前記自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源は更にフレキシブル基板に電気的に接続される駆動回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
- 2つの電極が同じ長さを有し、自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源が螺旋型形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
- 自己支持形フレキシブルLED光源の両端がそれぞれ2つの電極に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の新型LED電球。
