一种电路板及广角照射的LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电路板及广角照射的LED灯。
背景技术
目前,随着人类对环境以及资源的保护意识的不断提升,LED 灯具被广泛应用于人们的日常照明和装饰上,目前照明灯具越来越多地被低功耗,长寿命的LED 灯取代。然而在LED 灯逐渐取代旧有卤素灯的过程中,也有一些现实的问题凸显出来。如LED 灯的发光角度、散热、安全性及成本等等。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供安全性好,发光角度宽,散热好,寿命长的 LED照明灯具。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电路板及广角照射的 LED 灯,包括灯头、固定电路板的电路板固定件、设置LED 发光组件的电路板以及灯罩,所述电路板为渐开线形或者锯齿形,两块渐开线形的或者锯齿形的电路板相应互补拼组形成圆形或者方形的电路板组合,电路板上设置有LED 发光组件。由于采用了可互补拼组形成完整的圆形或者方形电路板的电路板结构,原来所用的一块电路板的材料就可以做成两块电路板来使用,节省了电路板的材料成本。
渐开线形或锯齿形的电路板不仅加大了LED 间的空间距离,也增强了LED 的散热效果,使得灯具更安全,寿命更可靠。
进一步地,所述电路板固定件为凸起的弧面结构,所述渐开线形的电路板为与电路板固定件相适应的凸起的立体结构。采用凸起的弧面结构,一方面LED 的布局由传统的平面布线改成弧面,增大了LED 的照射照度,使得整个灯具的照射范围扩大;另一方面,弧面结构也增加了LED 的散热面积,使得灯具的寿命及性能更加稳定。利用工艺技术将渐开线形电路板做成凸起结构,渐开线形电路板每层有一倾斜角度。采用这样的凸起结构,LED灯具的发光角度就扩大,另外散热空间也更分散,整灯的散热效果更好。
进一步地,所述电路板固定件为平面结构,所述渐开线形的电路板为与电路板固定件相适应的平面结构。
优选地,所述渐开线形的电路板为铝基板、FPC 或纸基板。电路板固定件采用凸起的弧面结构或者平面结构,软质电路板与硬质电路板均可使用。
进一步地,所述电路板固定件为铝槽座,所述锯齿形的电路板为与电路板固定件相适应的方形的长条结构。
优选地,所述锯齿形的电路板为铝基板或纸基板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,由于采用了可互补拼组形成完整的圆形或者方形电路板的电路板结构,生产电路板时,原来所用的一块电路板的材料就可以做成两块电路板来使用,节省了电路板的材料成本。在应用此电路板的广角照射的LED 灯中,采用凸起的弧面结构,一方面LED 的布局由传统的平面布线改成弧面,增大了LED 的照射照度,使得整个灯具的照射范围扩大;另一方面,弧面结构也增加了LED 的散热面积,使得灯具的寿命及性能更加稳定。利用工艺技术将渐开线形电路板做成凸起结构,渐开线形电路板每层有一倾斜角度。采用这样的凸起结构,LED 灯具的发光角度就扩大,另外散热空间也更分散,整灯的散热效果更好。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种电路板为渐开线形或者锯齿形,两块渐开线形的或者锯齿形的电路板相应互补拼组形成圆形或者方形的电路板组合。生产电路板时,原来所用的一块电路板的材料就可以做成两块电路板来使用,节省了电路板的材料成本。
参照图1,作为本发明的第一个实施例,应用上述结构电路板的一种广角照射的球泡结构的LED 灯,包括灯头1、固定连接件5、灯体3、驱动器、固定电路板的电路板固定件2、设置LED 发光组件的电路板6 以及灯罩7。灯头1、固定连接件5、灯体3、电路板固定件2 以及灯罩7 是以螺纹连接的形式组合成此LED 灯的基本结构,电路板6 固定在电路板固定件2 上。
在这个实施例中,参照图2,电路板6 为渐开线形,渐开线形的电路板6 互补拼组形成的电路板组合601 为圆形或者椭圆形。渐开线形的电路板6 不仅加大了LED 间的空间距离,也增强了LED的散热效果,使得灯具更安全,寿命更可靠。

参照图3,作为本发明的第二个实施例,应用第一实施例中所述电路板的一种LED
吸顶灯,包括灯体31、固定电路板的电路板固定件21、设置LED 发光组件的电路板6 以及灯罩71。灯体31 为卡扣连接的前灯体311 和后灯体312 组合而成,灯罩71、电路板6、电路板固定件21 按顺序置于前灯体311 和后灯体312 之间,前灯体311 和后灯体312 相扣固定灯罩71、电路板6、电路板固定件21,电路板6 固定在电路板固定件21 上。
所述电路板固定件21 为平面结构,这种情况下所述渐开线形的电路板6 为与电路板固定件21 相适应的平面结构。
由于电路板固定件(2;21)是凸起的弧面结构或者平面结构,电路板6 可以紧贴电路板固定件(2;21),软质电路板与硬质电路板均可使用,因此电路板6 可以为铝基板、FPC 或纸基板。
参照图4,作为本发明的第三个实施例,应用锯齿形的电路板的一种广角照射的LED日光灯,包括两端电连接的灯头11、固定电路板的电路板固定件22、设置LED 发光组件的电路板61 以及灯罩72。电路板61 为锯齿形,锯齿形的电路板61 互补拼组形成的电路板组合602 为方形或者长方形。电路板固定件22 是铝槽座,两端灯头固定铝槽座和灯罩72,电路板61 固定在铝槽座上。
所述电路板固定件22 为铝槽座,所述锯齿形的电路板61 为与电路板固定件22 相适应的方形的长条结构。
进一步来说,参照图5,锯齿形的电路板61 有以下几种实施方式:
A、锯齿形电路板61 每个锯齿顶部设置LED,固定电路板61 时固定电路板61 非锯齿的一边;
B、锯齿形电路板61 每个锯齿顶部设置两个LED,锯齿顶部可以随LED 的数量及大小作向锯齿垂直方向相应的延伸,锯齿形成顶部较大根部较小的形状,固定电路板61 时固定电路板61 非锯齿的一边;
C、锯齿形电路板61 每个锯齿根部设置一个LED,固定电路板61 时可以固定电路板61 非锯齿的一边或者固定锯齿的一边,或者非锯齿的一边和锯齿的一边同时固定。

  2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,其特征在于:所述电路板固定件(2)为凸起的弧面结构,所述渐开线形的电路板(6)为与电路板固定件(2)相适应的凸起的立体结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,其特征在于:所述电路板固定件(21)为平面结构,所述渐开线形的电路板(6)为与电路板固定件(2)相适应的平面结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2 至3 任一权利要求所述的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,其特征在于:所述渐开线形的电路板(6)为铝基板、FPC 或纸基板。
  5. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,其特征在于:所述电路板固定件(22)为铝槽座,所述锯齿形的电路板(61)为与电路板固定件(22)相适应的方形的长条结构。
  6. 根据权利要求4 所述的一种电路板及广角照射的LED 灯,其特征在于:所述锯齿形的电路板(61)为铝基板或纸基板。
