Description

一种LED发光装置

技术领域

本发明涉及一种LED发光装置, 尤其是一种LED 360度发光装置。

背景技术

LED光源以寿命长,无污染,光效高等特点正逐步替换现时的白识灯和荧光灯光源。LED灯管、LED路灯、LED射灯等产品在市场上已占据一定的份额。但因为LED的发光角度小和散热困难的原因,想要做成360度发光却是很困难的事。目前市场上普遍存在的都是平面发光、多面发光或大功率的点发光形式,这种方式的光源的缺点是点面积亮度高、光线集中、发光角度小、光线不均匀等。

发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种发光角度更大,发光均匀的LED发光装置。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

LED发光装置,包括基座、组合LED光源体、灯罩,其特征在于:组合LED光源体包括散热体、安装有LED灯珠的柔性PCB板,所述柔性PCB板安装在散热体上,所述散热体为塔形,柔性PCB板的形状与散热体表面的形状对应。

散热体为圆锥形;柔性PCB板展开后的形状为与散热体表面展开后的形状相对应的扇形。

LED灯珠在柔性PCB板上均匀分布。

柔性PCB板安装通过散热片导热双面胶贴在散热体上。

灯罩为磨砂玻璃灯罩。

本发明的有益效果是:安装有LED灯珠的柔性PCB板通过散热片导热双面胶包裹在圆锥形的散热体上,组成圆锥形的发光体,不仅实现了360度均匀发光,而且散热效果更好。

具体实施方式

参照图1和图2,本发明所提供的一种LED发光装置,包括基座1、组合LED光源体2、灯罩3,组合LED光源体2和灯罩3安装基座1上。

组合LED光源体2包括散热体21、安装有LED灯珠23的柔性PCB板22,柔性PCB板22通过散热片导热双面胶24贴在散热体21上。本发明散热体21的形状优选为圆锥形,柔性PCB板22展开后的形状为与散热体21表面展开后对应的扇形,LED灯珠23均匀分布在扇形柔性PCB板22上。这样设置既可以实现360度均匀的发光,又可以有效的将LED的热量传到圆锥形散热体21中去,起到良好的散热效果。

散热体21设计为圆锥体及柔性PCB板的形状为与散热体表面展开后的形状相对应的扇形,只是本发明的一种优选方式,并不构成对本发明的限制。

此外,本发明的灯罩3优选了磨砂玻璃灯罩,磨砂玻璃灯罩能有效地将LED的弦光降低,以消除LED灯强光对人眼的伤害。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种LED发光装置,包括基座、组合LED光源体、灯罩,其特征在于:组合LED光源体包括散热体、安装有LED灯珠的柔性PCB板,所述柔性PCB板安装在散热体上,所述散热体为塔形,柔性PCB板的形状与散热体表面的形状对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED发光装置,其特征在于:散热体为圆锥形;柔性PCB板展开后的形状为与散热体表面展开后的形状相对应的扇形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED发光装置,其特征在于:LED灯珠在柔性PCB板上均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED发光装置,其特征在于:柔性PCB板安装通过散热片导热双面胶贴在散热体上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED发光装置,其特征在于:灯罩为磨砂玻璃灯罩。
