前記酸化金属に対応するX線蛍光信号の強度を測定するステップと、
前記電気光学ディスプレイの層の厚さを判定するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸化金属粒子は、ジルコニウム酸化物を含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
