Description
前記リード連結基板は、前記ターミナルがインサート射出され、前記ターミナル貫通部と溶接されるターミナルインサート部を含み得る。
前記ターミナルインサート部は、前記ターミナル貫通部に対応して前記リード連結基板の一側及び他側に各々設けられ得る。

Claims (10)
- 外観を形成するパックケースと、
前記パックケース内に収容され、電極リードを備える複数のバッテリーセルからなるセル組立体と、
前記セル組立体をパッケージするように前記パックケースを覆うパックカバーと、
前記セル組立体と前記パックカバーとの間に備えられ、各々のバッテリーセルの電極リードを相互連結し、前記パックカバーの外へ貫通して外部電源と連結されるターミナルがインサート射出されるリード連結基板と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックカバーは、前記ターミナルが貫通するターミナル貫通部を含み、
前記リード連結基板は、前記ターミナルがインサート射出され、前記ターミナル貫通部と溶接されるターミナルインサート部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ターミナル貫通部が、
前記ターミナルの外側面と接触する中空形状の第1内壁と、
前記第1内壁から段差を有するよう延び、前記ターミナルインサート部と接触する第2内壁と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ターミナルインサート部が、前記第2内壁と噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ターミナルインサート部の外周幅が、前記ターミナルの外周幅よりも広いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ターミナル貫通部と前記ターミナルインサート部との溶接が、レーザー溶接によって行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ターミナル貫通部が、前記パックカバーの一側及び他側に各々設けられ、
前記ターミナルインサート部が、前記ターミナル貫通部に対応して前記リード連結基板の一側及び他側に各々設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記リード連結基板が、前記電極リードと前記ターミナルとを電気的に連結するためのバスバーをさらに含み、
前記バスバーは、前記ターミナルインサート部内で前記ターミナルと連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックカバーは、縁に沿って前記パックケースにレーザー溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
