Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するケース本体、及び前記ケース本体と溶接結合されて前記バッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするケースカバーを含むパックケースと、
前記パックケースの前記ケース本体に設けられ、前記溶接結合の正確度を確認するための少なくとも1つの溶接性確認ガイダと、
を含み、
前記ケースカバーは、前記溶接結合を通じて前記ケース本体の上部周縁と結合されており、前記少なくとも1つの溶接性確認ガイダは、前記ケース本体の上部周縁に形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記ケースカバーは、前記溶接結合によって前記ケース本体の下側に沿って高さ及び傾きの少なくとも1つが変化し、前記少なくとも1つの溶接性確認ガイダは、前記ケースカバーの変化した高さ及び傾きをユーザの目視で確認可能にガイドすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溶接性確認ガイダは、前記ケース本体の水平方向に沿って所定長さで形成される複数の寸法刻印部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の寸法刻印部は、前記ケース本体の上下方向に沿って所定距離離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の寸法刻印部は、相異なる少なくとも2つの長さを有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 相異なる長さを有する寸法刻印部が相互交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の寸法刻印部は、前記ケース本体に所定深さを有するように形成される複数の寸法刻印溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記溶接性確認ガイダは、複数個備えられ、前記複数個の溶接性確認ガイダは、前記ケース本体の上部周縁に沿って所定距離離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする自動車。
