Claims (10)
- 粉砕機で肉を挽く方法であって、前記肉はホッパ(5)から前記粉砕機に供給されて、供給ウォーム(2)によって回転加工ウォーム(3)に移送され、前記回転加工ウォーム(3)は、切断セット(4)に向かって前記肉を搬送し、前記切断セット(4)は前記肉を挽き、前記供給ウォーム(2)は、最初に第1の方向に回転する、方法において、前記供給ウォーム(2)に過負荷がかかった場合に、前記供給ウォーム(2)の回転方向が、特定の期間にわたって第2の方向に反転し、次いで、元に戻って前記第1の方向に反転することを特徴とする方法。
- 最初に、前記供給ウォーム(2)および前記加工ウォーム(3)は、同じ方向に回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記供給ウォーム(2)は、前記第2の方向に0.5〜3回転だけ回転することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記過負荷は、前記供給ウォーム(2)の電力消費に基づいて検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記過負荷は、前記供給ウォーム(2)の回転速度に基づいて検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工ウォーム(3)は、前記第2の方向での前記供給ウォーム(2)の回転中に、前記加工ウォーム(3)の回転方向を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工ウォーム(3)は、前記第2の方向での前記供給ウォーム(2)の回転中に、前記加工ウォーム(3)の回転速度を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給ウォームの回転は反転して、最初の回転速度と同じ回転速度に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給ウォームの前記回転方向は、手動で、または自動的に反転することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕機は、3〜8分内に過負荷状態が2回発生した場合に、自動的に停止することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
