Lutensol(登録商標)AT−25:BASF Corp(Ludwigshafen、Germany)から市販されているC16〜C18セチル/ステアリル天然水素化アルコールエトキシレート、25モルの平均エトキシル化。
Novel(登録商標)1618CG−25: Sasol North America(Houston、USA)から入手可能な、C16〜C18セチル/ステアリル合成アルコールエトキシレート、25モルの平均エトキシル化。
表3は、洗浄組成物の4つの追加の例示的な製剤を含む。サンプルR、U、V、W及びXは、異なる化学構造/官能基を有する様々な共硬化剤が150g以上のゲル硬度をもたらすことを示す(Rは鉱油、Uはナフテン油、Vはミリスチン酸イソプロピル、WはAlfol 1216アルコール(Sasol Corp.から入手可能な合成C12〜C16アルコールブレンド)であり、Xはゲナポール LA 010(Clariant Corp.から入手可能なラウリルアルコールエトキシレート、1モル平均EO)である。)

Claims (33)
- 洗浄組成物であって、
(a)ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤を15〜40重量%、
(b)炭化水素及び/又は酸素化炭化水素共硬化剤を含む共硬化剤を1〜10重量%、及び
(c)水を少なくとも25重量%を含み、
前記組成物は、少なくとも50℃の溶融温度を有する自己粘着性ゲルである、洗浄組成物。 - 前記ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤が、平均15〜50個のエトキシ単位を有するエトキシル化脂肪族アルコールと、高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体とを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記共硬化剤が、鉱油、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、C12〜C18脂肪族アルコール、C10〜C18脂肪族アルコールエトキシレート、1以下の平均エトキシル化度を有するC10〜C18脂肪族アルコールエトキシレート、及びC10〜C22脂肪酸のアルキルエステルの1種以上を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記エトキシル化脂肪族アルコールがエトキシル化C14〜C30直鎖脂肪族アルコールを含み、高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体は、エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体が600〜5,000の分子量を有する、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体が、EO−PO−EOブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18アルコール−EO−POブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18アルコール−PO−EOブロック共重合体を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の組成物
- 前記共硬化剤が、0.1重量%以下の水溶解度及び/又は少なくとも90℃の引火点を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤が、平均少なくとも15個のアルキレン酸化物単位を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記自己粘着性ゲルが22℃で少なくとも150gの硬度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (a)平均20〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C30直鎖脂肪族アルコールを15〜30重量%、
(b)エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を1〜10重量%、
(c)鉱油、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、C10〜C22脂肪酸のアルキルエステル、C10〜C22脂肪族アルコール及び1モル以下の平均エトキシル化度を有するC10〜C22脂肪族アルコールエトキシレートからなる群から選択される1種以上の共硬化剤を1〜5重量%、及び
(d)水を少なくとも25重量%を含み、
前記ゲルは、22℃で少なくとも150gの硬度及び50〜90℃のゲル溶融温度を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記ゲルが22℃で少なくとも225gの硬度及び50〜75℃のゲル溶融温度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記エトキシル化脂肪族アルコールがピークエトキシル化脂肪族アルコールである、請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が0.5重量%以下のポリエチレングリコールを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤が、平均20〜40個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C16〜C22脂肪アルコールを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (a)前記エトキシル化脂肪族アルコールが、平均20〜40個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C16〜C22脂肪アルコールを含み、
(b)前記高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体は、600〜5,000の平均分子量を有し、EO−PO−EOブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18脂肪族アルコール−EO−POブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18脂肪族アルコール−PO−EOブロック共重合体を有し、
(c)前記共硬化剤が0.1重量%未満の水への溶解度、少なくとも90℃の引火点を有し、鉱油、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、及び/又はC10〜C22脂肪酸の1つ以上のC1〜C6アルキルエステルである、請求項2に記載の組成物。 - (a)エトキシル化C16〜C22脂肪アルコールを15〜40重量%、
(b)高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を3〜10重量%、
(c)共硬化剤を1.5〜10重量%、及び
(d)水を少なくとも40重量%を含む、請求項15に記載の組成物。 - (a)前記ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤が、平均15〜30個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C16〜C22直鎖脂肪族アルコールと、高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体とを含み、高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体は、600〜5,000の分子量を有し、EO−PO−EOブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18アルコール−EO−POブロック共重合体及び/又はC10〜C18アルコール−PO−EOブロック共重合体を含み、
(b)前記共硬化剤が0.1重量%未満の水への溶解度、少なくとも90℃の引火点を有し、鉱油、ナフテン油、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、1つ以上のC12〜C16脂肪族アルコール及び/又は1モル以下の平均エトキシル化度を有する1種以上のエトキシル化C12〜C16脂肪族アルコールを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記ポリアルコキシ非イオン性界面活性剤が、平均15〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C30直鎖脂肪族アルコールを含み、前記共硬化剤は、C10〜C22脂肪族カルボン酸のアルキルエステルを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記C10〜C22脂肪族カルボン酸のアルキルエステルが、0.1重量%以下の水溶解度及び少なくとも90℃の引火点を有する、請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 前記C10〜C22脂肪族カルボン酸のアルキルエステルが、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、パルミチン酸エチル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸n−ブチル、ラウリン酸n−ヘキシル、ステアリン酸エチル、ステアリン酸イソプロピル、ラウリン酸n−ブチル及び/又はオレイン酸エチルを含む、請求項18又は19に記載の組成物。
- 前記共硬化剤が、鉱油、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、C10〜C18脂肪族アルコール及び/又は1以下の平均エトキシル化度を有するC10〜C18脂肪族アルコールエトキシレートをさらに含む、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記共硬化剤が、C10〜C18脂肪酸のC2〜C6アルキルエステルを含む、請求項18又は21に記載の組成物。
- (a)平均15〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C22脂肪アルコールを20〜30重量%、
(b)共硬化剤を0.5〜5重量%、及び
(c)水を少なくとも40重量%を含む、請求項18〜22のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - (e)グリセリンを約2〜10重量%、
(f)香料成分を約0〜10重量、及び
(g)平均5〜12個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C8〜C15アルコールを約0〜10重量%をさらに含む、請求項23に記載の組成物。 - (a)平均15〜40個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C22脂肪アルコールを15〜30重量%、
(b)前記共硬化剤を0.5〜5重量%、
(c)水を少なくとも40重量%、及び
(d)ポリオール保湿剤を1〜10重量%を含む、請求項18〜22のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - (a)平均20〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C22直鎖脂肪族アルコールを20〜35重量%、
(b)エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を1〜10重量%、
(c)前記共硬化剤を1.5〜5重量%を含み
前記ゲルは、22℃で少なくとも150gの硬度及び50〜90℃のゲル溶融温度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - (e)平均5〜15個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C8〜C15アルコールを2〜10重量%、及び/又は
(f)ポリオール保湿剤を2〜10重量%をさらに含む、請求項26に記載の組成物。 - (e)ポリオール保湿剤、
(f)香料成分、
(g)エトキシル化アルコール又はエチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体とは異なる非イオン性界面活性剤、
(h)天然ガム又は合成高分子樹脂、
(i)アニオン性、カチオン性、両性イオン性及び/又は両性界面活性剤、及び
(j)抗菌剤、水溶性染料、顔料、錯化剤、表面改質高分子、防腐剤、酵素、漂白剤、pH調整剤、スケール防止剤、研磨剤、分散剤及び溶媒からなる群から選択されたを1種以上の洗浄補助物質の中の1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - (a)平均20〜40個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C14〜C22脂肪アルコールを15〜30重量%、
(b)エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を2〜10重量%、
(c)前記共硬化剤を1.5〜3重量%、
(d)水を少なくとも40重量%、
(e)平均5〜12個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C8〜C15脂肪族アルコールを1〜10重量%、
(f)ポリオール保湿剤を1〜10重量%、及び
(e)香料を1〜10重量%を含む、請求項3に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物が、
(a)平均20〜30個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C16〜C22直鎖脂肪族アルコールを20〜30重量%、
(b)エチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を0〜約10重量%の、
(c)鉱油を1.5〜3重量%、
(d)水を少なくとも40重量%、
(e)天然ガム及び/又は合成高分子樹脂を0〜1重量%、
(f)香料成分を0〜10重量%、
(g)ポリオール保湿剤を0〜10重量%、
(h)エトキシル化C16〜C22直鎖脂肪族アルコール又はエチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体とは異なる、非イオン性界面活性剤を0〜10重量%、及び
(i)1種以上の洗浄補助物質を0〜10重量%を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 洗浄組成物であって、
(a)平均20〜50個のエトキシ単位を有するエトキシル化アルコール、
(b)高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体、
(c)炭化水素及び/又は酸素化炭化水素共硬化剤、及び
(d)水を少なくとも約25重量%、を含み、
前記組成物は22℃で少なくとも約150gの硬度を有するゲルである、洗浄組成物。 - 前記共硬化剤が、鉱油、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、C10〜C22脂肪酸のアルキルエステル、C10〜C22脂肪族アルコール及び/又は約1モル以下の平均エトキシル化度を有するC10〜C22脂肪族アルコールルエトキシレートを含む、請求項31に記載の組成物。
- カチオン性界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜32のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
