Claims (15)
- スラリー分配装置であって、
前記スラリー分配装置は、少なくとも一つの撹拌装置からスラリーが供給され、前記スラリーの速度を搬送装置の速度に合わせ、且つ、前記スラリーを望まれる幅に亘って均一に分配した後、分配されたスラリーを低層の上に送出するように装備され、
前記スラリー分配装置は、前記スラリーを能動的に移送する、スラリー分配装置。 - 前記スラリー分配装置は、ローラーコンベアを備え、
三つ又は複数のローラーが、共通の平面において互いに平行に配置され、
前記複数のローラーは、該複数のローラーの長手方向の軸のまわりに回転可能に設置され且つ前記スラリーの送出方向に対して実質的に垂直になるように配置されている、請求項1に記載のスラリー分配装置。 - 前記複数のローラーが、互いに直接に接触している、請求項2に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記複数のローラーが、前記送出方向に回転し、又は、前記送出方向と前記送出方向とは反対の方向とに交互に回転するように装備された、請求項2又は3に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記分配装置が、前記送出方向において少なくとも一つの最終ローラーをさらに備え、
前記最終ローラーは、他の複数のローラーよりも小さい直径を有する、請求項2乃至4いずれか1項に記載のスラリー分配装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの最終ローラーが、前記送出方向とは反対の方向に回転するように装備された、請求項5に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記最終ローラーが、他の複数のローラーの面の下方に配置されている、請求項5又は6に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記最終ローラーが、バネによって引っ張られている、請求項5乃至7いずれか1項に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記分配装置が、請求項2乃至8いずれか1項に記載のローラーコンベアに加えて、プロセスベルトを備える、請求項1に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記プロセスベルトが、前記ローラーコンベアの上流に配置されている、請求項9に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 前記プロセスベルト及び前記ローラーコンベアが、別々の駆動単位を有する、請求項9又は10に記載のスラリー分配装置。
- 石膏ボードを製造するためのコンベアラインであって、
前記コンベアラインは、搬送装置、少なくとも一つのスラリーを撹拌するための少なくとも一つの撹拌装置、及び、少なくとも一つのスラリー分配装置を備え、
前記少なくとも一つのスラリー分配装置は、前記スラリーの供給装置と前記スラリーの送出口との間に配置され、
前記スラリー分配装置は、前記撹拌装置から供給される前記スラリーを低層の上に実質的に均一に送出するように装備され、
前記低層は、前記搬送装置それ自体又は前記搬送装置上にある外装材であり、好ましくは連続的に供給され、
前記スラリー分配装置が、前記スラリーを能動的に移送するように装備された、コンベアライン。 - 前記スラリー分配装置から低層の表面上への前記スラリーの吐出高さが、5cm未満であり、好ましくは4cm未満である、請求項12に記載のコンベアライン。
- 複数のスラリー分配装置が、順々に配置されており、該配置によって同一の又は異なる構成のスラリーが前記低層上に送出される、請求項12又は13に記載のコンベアライン。
- 連続プロセスにおいて石膏ボードを製造するための請求項1乃至11いずれか1項に記載のスラリー分配装置の使用。
