Claims (31)
- データ収集デバイスであって:
第1の部分と;

該第2の部分に対する第1の部分の回転を検出するように構成されたセンサ配置と;
前記検出された動きに基づいて、注射デバイスによって排出される薬剤量を判定するように構成されたプロセッサ配置と
を含む前記データ収集デバイス。 - 第1の部分は注射デバイスに取り付けられるように構成され;
第2の部分は第1の部分に回転可能に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のデータ収集デバイス。 - 第2の部分は第1の電気接点を有する外側部分を含み;
第2の部分は第2の電気接点を有する内側部分を含み;
該内側部分は外側部分に対して軸方向に可動であり、圧力が外側部分に加えられたとき前記第1の電気接点を前記第2の電気接点に係合させる、請求項2に記載のデータ収集デバイス。 - 圧力が外側部分に加えられたときデータ収集デバイスに電力を供給するように配置された圧電発電機を含む、請求項3に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 前記第1の電気接点が第2の電気接点に係合し、かつ/または第2の電気接点から係合解除されたときトリガされるタイマを含む、請求項3または4に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- タイマが最後にトリガされてからの経過時間を判定し、経過時間が閾値条件に合わない場合に警報を発するように構成される、請求項5に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- プロセッサ配置は、前記タイマを使用して薬剤投与量を投与するためのタイムスタンプを判定し、判定された薬剤投与量および前記タイムスタンプを記憶するように構成される、請求項5または6に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- プロセッサ配置は、判定された薬剤投与量のログおよびタイムスタンプ情報を別のデバイスに送信するように構成される、請求項7に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第2の部分に対する第1の部分の回転が防止される第1の構成と、第1の部分が第2の部分に対して回転可能な第2の構成との間で切り替わるように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- センサ配置は、光学センサ、磁気センサ、容量センサ、および機械センサのうちの1つまたはそれ以上を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分は、注射デバイスの回転可能部材に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 注射デバイスの回転可能部材に係合するように配置された伝達配置を含み;
第1の部分は注射デバイスの回転可能部材に取り付けられるように構成され;
伝達配置は、前記回転可能部材が回転するときに第2の部分に対して第1の部分を回転させるように構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。 - 前記伝達配置は摩擦車を含む、請求項12に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分は、該第1の部分を注射デバイスの投与量ノブに取り付けるように構成された1つまたはそれ以上の機能を有し;
第2の部分は第1の部分に回転可能に連結され、第2の部分の少なくとも一部は第1の部分に対して軸方向に可動であり;
連結配置が第1の部分と注射デバイスの投与量ノブとの非恒久的連結をもたらすように構成される、請求項1に記載のデータ収集デバイス。 - 第1の部分は、変形可能な材料から形成された内面を有する、請求項14に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分は、注射デバイスの投与量ノブの外側機能に対応するように形成された内面を有する、請求項14または15に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分は、注射デバイスの投与量ノブの外側機能に嵌まるように構成された内面を有する、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分の内面は、注射デバイスの投与量ノブの表面の構造に対応する形状の溝を含む、請求項17に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 溝は第1の部分の開口端に口を有し、溝は第1の部分の開口端から離れてより狭い幅に先細りになる、請求項18に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分に1つまたはそれ以上の外側グリップ機能を設けて、ユーザによる第1の部分の把持を容易にすることにより、注射デバイスのハウジングに対してデータ収集デバイスを回転させる、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- データ収集デバイスが注射デバイスに装着されたときに、第2の部分のユーザが接触可能な表面は、第1の部分のユーザが接触可能な部分よりも大きい、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- データ収集デバイスが注射デバイスに装着されたときに、第1の部分のユーザが接触可能な表面は、第2の部分のユーザが接触可能な部分よりも大きい、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第2の部分は、データ収集デバイスの外径よりもデータ収集デバイスの長手方向軸に半径方向に近い位置で、第1の部分に回転可能に連結される、請求項14〜22のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第2の部分は、データ収集デバイスの外径よりもデータ収集デバイスの長手方向軸から半径方向に遠い位置で第1の部分に回転可能に連結され、場合により、前記位置は、データ収集デバイスが注射デバイスに装着されたときに投与量ノブの位置と軸方向に一致する、請求項14〜22のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
- 第1の部分は、データ収集デバイスが注射デバイスに連結されたときに注射デバイスの用量ボタンの周りに少なくとも部分的に密に嵌合するように構成された要素を含む、請求項14〜24のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイス。
