Claims (15)
- データ収集デバイスであって:
注射デバイスの回転可能な投与量ノブに取り付けられるように構成された第1の部分であって、投与量ノブは、注射デバイスから薬剤が排出されるときに回転するように構成されている、第1の部分と;
該第1の部分に回転可能に連結された第2の部分であって、該第2の部分の少なくとも一部分が第1の部分に対して軸方向に可動であり;
該第2の部分は、該第2の部分に対して回転不能に固定され、かつ伸長位置と押し下げ位置との間で可動であるボタンを含み、該ボタンおよび第2の部分は、ボタンを押し下げ位置に動かすことにより、第2の部分が第1の部分に対して軸方向に動かされるように構成されている、第2の部分と;
該第2の部分に対する第1の部分の回転を検出するように構成されたセンサユニットと;
前記検出された動きに基づいて、注射デバイスによって排出された薬剤量を判定するように構成されたプロセッサユニットと;
を含み、
ここでデータ収集デバイスは、第1の部分と係合可能で、第1の回転方向へのボタンと第1の部分との間の相対的な回転運動を可能にし、第1の回転方向とは反対の第2の回転方向へのボタンと第1の部分との間の相対的な回転運動を防止するように構成可能な一方向機構を含む、前記データ収集デバイス。 - 一方向機構は、第1の部分と第2の部分またはボタンとのうちの一方に形成されたラチェット表面と、該ラチェット表面に係合可能で、第1の部分と第2の部分またはボタンとのうちの他方に形成された少なくとも1つの従動要素とを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの従動要素は、少なくともボタンが押し下げ位置にあるときに、付勢されてラチェット表面と係合し、少なくとも1つの従動要素は、ラチェット表面を越える動きによって偏向可能である、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの従動要素は、弾性アームを含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの従動要素は、伸長位置に向けてボタンを付勢する、請求項3または4に記載のデバイス。
- ラチェット表面がボタンに形成された、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 従動要素は、第1および第2の部分とは別個の構成要素である従動部材に設けられた、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 従動部材がバッテリホルダを含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- ボタンを付勢して伸長位置にするように構成された付勢部材を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 一方向機構は、第1の部分に対するボタンの第2の回転方向への回転が防止される係合位置と、第1の部分に対してボタンが自由に回転可能である係合解除位置との間で構成可能であり、伸長位置から押し下げ位置に向かうボタンの動きにより、一方向機構が係合解除位置から係合位置に動かされる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 一方向機構が係合位置にあるとき、従動要素はラチェット表面に係合し、一方向機構が係合解除位置にあるとき、従動要素はラチェット表面に係合しない、請求項2に従属するときの請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 電源と、該電源をプロセッサユニットに接続して、デバイスを停止状態か起動状態にするように構成されたスイッチとを含み、押し下げ位置に向かうボタンの動きが、デバイスを起動状態にするようにスイッチを動作させる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 薬剤投与装置であって:
注射デバイスから薬剤が排出されるときに回転するように構成された回転可能な構成要素を含む注射デバイスと;
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のデータ収集デバイスと
を含む前記薬剤投与装置。 - 注射デバイスは、該注射デバイスから薬剤を排出させるように配置された注射ボタンを含み;
データ収集デバイスの第2の部分は、データ収集デバイスのボタンに圧力が加えられたときに、注射ボタンを押すように配置されている、請求項13に記載の薬剤投与装置。 - 注射デバイス内に、シリンジ、カートリッジ、または薬剤の他の容器を含む、請求項13または14に記載の薬剤投与装置。
