Abstract
Description

− 少なくとも1つの鎖延長剤(C)と、からの反応生成物の形状の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含有するポリウレタン発泡体からなるコーティングが塗布されている繊維材料製支持層を有する、繊維産業における接着性芯地として使用可能である熱接着性平面形成物により解決され、
ただし、ポリウレタン発泡体は、DIN ASTM E 1294に基づいて測定して、50%超の細孔が5から30μmの範囲にある直径を有する細孔構造を有する。

・ 一般的に当てはまること:長すぎる撹拌時間は避けるべきであるが、なぜなら、そこですでに発泡体が形成される可能性があるからである。その発泡体は、発泡体混合装置の機能性を損ないかねない
示す。
ラージスケールでの実地試験において、MST社のロータ・ステータミキサを使って、製造したポリウレタン分散体1を起泡させ、ロータリースクリーン印刷法を利用して12g/m2の不織布製品上に塗布する(ポリウレタン発泡体1)。低い粘性にもかかわらず、発泡体混合物は、非常に高粘性の基準ポリウレタン分散体よりも明らかに少ない量で被コーティング基材に浸透することが認められた。その際、侵入深度は、発泡体密度を介して良好に調節できる。発泡体が乾燥していればしているほど(密度が小さければ小さいほど)、芯に浸透するポリウレタン発泡体が少なくなるが、テンプレート占有および印刷挙動に関する流動挙動も悪くなる。この実地試験では、最適可使重量は500g/Lだった。
ラージスケールでの実地試験において、HANSAミキサTop−Mix Compact 60を使って、製造したポリウレタン分散体2を起泡させ、「Knife over Roll」塗布システムを利用して24g/m2の不織布製品上に全面的に塗布し(ポリウレタン発泡体2)、炉内で乾燥させる。ギャップを、0.5mmで調整する。設備速度は、125g/Lの可使重量において6m/分である。発泡体層の最終的な総塗布量は17.9g/m2である。この実験においても、コーティングが最低限しか基材に浸透せず、一様な、全面的なコーティングを生成できることが明らかに認識できる(図3を参照)。発泡体コーティングは、95℃までの洗濯に対しても安定であり、化学クリーニングを損傷なくもちこたえる。感触および手触りといった、発泡体コーティングの品質も同じく維持されたままである。
2b)で製造した、発泡体層を有する不織布を、公知のペーストドット法を使ってコーティングする。その際、126℃の融点および28(g/10分)のMFI値(2.16kgの荷重をかけながら160℃において算出)を有するポリアミドベース熱可塑性ポリマーを含む標準接着材料系を用いる。水性ペーストは、さらに、通常の助剤、例えば、乳化剤、増粘剤、および加工助剤を含有する。コーティングプロセスでは、12.5g/m2のペーストを110のCPグリッドを使用してナイフコーティングする。次いで、120℃の温度で12秒間、2.5barの圧力をかけて平面形成物を接着する(プレス:Multistar DX 1000 CU)。布地としてポリエステル木綿表地を利用する。次の表に、一次剥離力、60℃において1回洗濯後、および95℃において1回洗濯後の剥離力、ならびに化学クリーニング後の剥離力を示す。さらに、裏面接着値を比較する。
ポリウレタン分散体2に、108℃の融点および97(g/10分)のMFI値(2.16kgの荷重をかけながら160℃において算出)を有する、80〜200μmの粒径分布を有する13重量%の熱可塑性ポリアミド粉末を添加し、そのポリウレタン分散体2を、1で記載したのと類似のやり方で起泡させる。次いで、発泡体を、24g/m2の不織布基材上にナイフコーティングし、炉内で乾燥させる。積載重量(Aufladegewicht)は21.2g/m2である。
続いて、芯を、130℃ないしは140℃の温度において12秒間、2.5barの圧力をかけて接着させる(プレス:Kannegiesser EXT 1000 CU)。布地としてポリエステル木綿表地を利用する。比較に、不織布製品を標準ポリアミドペーストにより20g/m2の被覆および110のCPでコーティングした場合に達成される剥離力結果を対比させる。

ポリウレタン発泡体が、DIN ASTM E 1294に基づいて測定して、50%超の細孔が5から30μmの範囲にある直径を有する細孔構造を有することを特徴とする、熱接着性平面形成物。 - ポリウレタン発泡体が5から30μmの範囲にある平均細孔径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体中の起泡剤の分率が、ポリウレタン発泡体の活性起泡成分に対して、1.5重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- 支持層へのポリウレタン発泡体の平均侵入深度が20μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体が、DIN EN ISO 9237に基づいて測定して、100Paにおいて150l/m2/s超の透気性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体が、5から400μmの範囲にある平均層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリオール(B)が、ポリエステルポリオールおよび/またはポリエーテルポリオールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタンが0.1未満の架橋度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体が、平面状またはドットパターンとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ホットメルト接着剤が、ポリウレタン発泡体上および/または支持層のポリウレタン発泡体に面していない側に塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体が、その上にホットメルト接着剤上層が配置されている、二層接着材料構造の下層として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- ポリウレタン発泡体とホットメルト接着剤とがダブルドットとして形成されており、ポリウレタン発泡体が下側ドットパターンとしておよびホットメルト接着剤が上側ドットパターンとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱接着性平面形成物。
- 次の措置:
a)支持層の準備、
b)ポリウレタン発泡体が、DIN ASTM E 1294に基づいて測定して、50%超の細孔が5から30μmの範囲にある直径を有する細孔構造を有するようにポリウレタン発泡体が形成される、
− 少なくとも1つの、イソシアネート含有量が5から65重量分率である二官能性のポリイソシアネート(A)と、
− ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリカプロラクトンポリオール、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリカプロラクトンポリオールコポリマー、ポリテトラヒドロフラン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリオール(B)と、ならびに場合によっては
− 少なくとも1つの鎖延長剤(C)と、からの反応生成物の形状の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含有するポリウレタン分散体の起泡、
c)支持層の選択された平面領域へのポリウレタン発泡体の塗布、および
d)コーティングを形成させながら、乾燥させると同時にポリウレタン発泡体を支持層に結合させるための、ステップc)から得られた支持層の温度処理
を含む、熱接着性平面形成物の製造方法。 - ポリウレタン発泡体が、平面コーティングを形成するために1から450g/Lの泡立てフォーム重量で、および/または、ドットパターンを形成するために1から700g/Lの泡立てフォーム重量で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン分散体が、2重量%未満の量の架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
