Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an interlining for clothes, not reversely oozing out a hot- melt resin, when hot-pressed, and capable of exhibiting a sufficient adhesion strength by forming a porous barrier layer on the surface of a binder-free non- woven fabric and then adhering the hot-melt resin to the surface. CONSTITUTION: This interlining for clothes is obtained by forming a porous barrier layer 3 (a layer for preventing the reverse oozing of a hot-melt resin) having a thickness of <=50 μm on a binder-free non-woven fabric 1 comprising polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, etc., and locally bound by an embossed roll, etc., by a coating method, etc., and then adhering the hot-melt resin 4 to the surface in a dotted state in an amount of 15 g/m<2> . Thus, when the interlining is hot-pressed and adhered, the oozing of the hot-melt resin to the side of interlining can sufficiently be controlled, and the adhesion of the adhered cloth is remarkably improved. The prepared interlining has excellent touch and excellent flexibility.
