酸化チタンTiO2の含有量が、0.6%超の酸化鉄Fe2O3の存在下で、1.0%以上、さらには1.2%以上、さらには1.5%以上、さらには2.0%以上、および/または8.0%以下、さらには7.0%以下、さらには6.0%以下、さらには5.0%以下、さらには4.0%以下である、
Fe2O3+TiO2の含有量が、1.0%超、さらには1.2%以上、さらには1.5%以上、さらには2.0%以上、および/または9.0%以下、さらには8.0%以下、さらには7.0%以下、さらには6.0%以下、さらには5.0%以下、さらには4.0%以下である、
Na2O+K2Oの含有量が、1.5%以上、さらには2.0%以上、さらには2.5%以上、さらには3.0%以上、さらには3.5%以上、および/または7.5%以下、さらには7.0%以下である、
SiO2の含有量が、0.3%以上、さらには0.5%以上、および/または1.5%以下、さらには1.2%以下、さらには1.0%以下、さらには0.9%以下である、
他の酸化物種が不純物である、
ZrO2の含有量が1.0%未満、好ましくは0.8%未満、好ましくは0.5%未満である、
製品が、好ましくは10kg超の重量を有するブロックの形態である。
Al2O3:100%までの残部、
TiO2:2.0%〜5.0%、
Fe2O3+TiO2:≦6.0%、
Na2O+K2O:1.0%〜8.0%、
SiO2:0.3%〜1.5%、
CaO+BaO+SrO:≦0.5%、
Al2O3、Fe2O3、TiO2、Na2O、K2O、SiO2、CaO、BaOおよびSrO以外の酸化物種:≦1.5%
を有する溶融された耐火製品に関する。
Al2O3:100%までの残部、
Fe2O3:1.0%〜3.0%およびTiO2:1.0%〜4.0%、
Fe2O3+TiO2:≦6.0%、
Na2O+K2O:1.0%〜8.0%、
SiO2:0.3%〜1.5%、
CaO+BaO+SrO:≦0.5%、
Al2O3、Fe2O3、TiO2、Na2O、K2O、SiO2、CaO、BaOおよびSrO以外の酸化物種:≦1.5%
を有する溶融された耐火製品に関する。
a)原材料を混合して出発供給原料を形成すること、
b)溶融された物質の浴が得られるまで上記出発供給原料を溶融すること、
c)制御された冷却により、上記溶融された物質を鋳造および固化して、溶融された耐火製品を得ること、
を含む。
この方法は、上記溶融された耐火製品が、本発明に従う製品の組成に従う組成を有するように上記原材料が選択されることに注目すべきである。
一般に、用語「溶融された製品」、「溶融鋳造された製品」または「溶融によって得られた」は、溶融された物質の浴を冷却によって完全に固化することにより得られた、固体の、任意的にアニーリングされた製品を意味する。「溶融された物質の浴」は、その形状を保持するために、容器に入れられていなければならないところの塊である。液体であるようにみえる溶融された物質の浴は、固体部分を含み得るが、上記塊に構造を与え得るのに不十分な量で含み得る。
Pechiney社によって販売され、そして平均して99.4%のAl2O3を含有するAC44タイプのアルミナ、
58.5%のNa2Oを含有する炭酸ナトリウム、
99%超の純度を有する酸化鉄、
99%超の純度を有する酸化チタン(ルチル)。
デバイスは、Brukerによって製造された2のフーリエ変換赤外分光光度計(Vertex 80vおよびVertex 70)を使用する。それらは、1000〜16000cm−1のスペクトル範囲における放出(emission)の測定を行うことを可能にする。
Claims (11)
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として、かつ合計100%に対して、以下の平均化学組成:
Al2O3:100%までの残部、
Fe2O3:0.6%〜5.0%および/またはTiO2:1.5%〜10.0%、ただしFe2O3+TiO2≦10.0%、
Na2O+K2O:1.0%〜8.0%、
SiO2:0.2%〜2.0%、
CaO+BaO+SrO:≦0.5%、
Al2O3、Fe2O3、TiO2、Na2O、K2O、SiO2、CaO、BaOおよびSrO以外の酸化物種:≦1.5%
を有する溶融された耐火製品。 - Fe2O3+TiO2の含有量が8.0%以下である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- Fe2O3の含有量が3.0%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- TiO2の含有量が6.0%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- TiO2の含有量が2.5%〜5.0%であり、Fe2O3+TiO2の含有量が2.5%〜6.0%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- Fe2O3の含有量が1.0%〜3.0%であり、TiO2の含有量が2.0%〜4.0%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- SiO2の含有量が1.0%以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- Na2O+K2Oの含有量が7.0%以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 10kg超の重量を有するブロックの形態である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製品を含む、ガラス溶融炉。
- 上記製品が上部構造に配置されている、請求項10に記載の炉。
