Claims (17)
- 放射線を利用して硬化可能な構成材料の、三次元オブジェクトの各断面に該当する箇所に位置している層を順次硬化することによって、前記三次元オブジェクトを製造するための装置であって、
− 一つのプロセス・チャンバを内包している一つのハウジング、
− 前記ハウジングの内部に格納される一つの構成容器、
− 前記構成材料の前記オブジェクトの各断面に該当する箇所に位置している層を照射するための、一つの照射装置、
− 前記構成容器内の一つの担持装置またはあらかじめ形成された一つの層の表面に前記構成材料の前記層を塗り付けるための、一つの塗付装置、
− 前記構成材料を供給するための、一つの調量装置が備えられ、その際、前記塗付装置には一つの層形成要素が含まれ、前記層形成要素が、前記調量装置により供給される前記構成材料を、一つの直線塗布運動に沿って一つの塗布領域内の薄い層として分配するようになっている装置において、
一つの層を得るための一回の層形成過程の終了時に前記層形成要素(11)が層形成初期位置に戻る際に、前記層形成要素が回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)を実施し、前記回避・戻り運動の際に前記層形成要素(11)は、前記照射装置(17)と一つの塗り付けられる層との間のスキャナ・ビーム空間領域(30)を横切らないことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)の過程における前記層形成要素(11)の空間姿勢が、前記層形成過程(B)における前記層形成要素(11)の空間姿勢とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 塗布方向とは異なる一つの向きに沿って行われる前記層形成要素(11)の一つの追加直線変位運動が前記回避運動(A,R,Z)に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記追加回避運動(A)の向きが、層塗布(B)時の変位方向に対して直角に延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記層形成要素(11)が、前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)の際には、層塗布速度(B)と比較して高められた速度で移動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回避運動の際に、前記層形成要素(11)を、塗布後の粉末層の層平面に対して平行ではない一つの姿勢へと移行可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記コーティング要素(11)が、少なくとも一本の軸まわりに旋回可能であるように片側で支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)に、前記層形成要素(1)の一回の跳ね上げ運動が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)に一回の旋回運動が含まれ、前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)の際に前記層形成要素(11)が暴露対象である構成面の外側で一本の旋回軸まわりに回転するように案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記層形成要素(11)を前記層形成初期位置に戻すために、前記層形成要素(11)が、一つの層を得るための前記層形成過程の終了時に、前記構成平面から持ち上げられて、前記暴露装置の一つのスキャナ配列(17)の上側を案内されて前記層形成初期位置に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記コーティング要素が、前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)の過程で一つの洗浄装置(50)の作用を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記層形成要素(11)を、前記回避・戻り運動(A,R,Z)の過程で一つの層形成要素チェンジャ(51)により交換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記層形成要素(11)の一つのホルダまたはガイドのところに、レーザビーム品質のコースティクス測定のための少なくとも一つのセンサ素子が配置され、前記センサ素子を、一回の層形成過程(B)の際に、または一回の層形成過程の代わりに、一つの構成エリアのコーティング対象領域の上方に案内可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記コーティング要素交換装置に、内部に複数の同じまたは異なるコーティング要素および/または前記コースティクス測定のための一つのセンサ素子(52)がすぐに使えるように用意されている一つの交換マガジンが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記コーティング要素(11)が、前記回避運動(A)の際には、前記構成エリアの前記コーティング対象面の外側へと旋回されて、この外側へと旋回されたポジションで前記層形成初期位置に復帰されて、前記層形成初期位置において、コーティング・ポジションへと旋回可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 放射線を利用して硬化可能な構成材料(9)の、三次元オブジェクトの各断面に該当する箇所に位置している層を順次硬化することによって、前記三次元オブジェクトを製造するための方法であって、次の特徴:
− 内部に一つの構成容器(6)が配置された一つのハウジング(2)が備えられること、
− 前記構成材料(9)の、前記オブジェクトの各断面に該当する箇所に位置している層を照射するための、一つの照射装置(16,17)が備えられること、
− 前記構成容器(6)内の一つの担持装置(7)またはあらかじめ形成された一つの層の表面に前記構成材料(9)の前記層を塗り付けるための、一つの塗布装置(12)が備えられること、
− 前記構成材料(9)を供給するための、一つの調量装置(5)が備えられ、その際、前記塗布装置(12)には一つの層形成要素(11)が含まれており、前記層形成要素(11)が、前記調量装置(5)により供給される前記構成材料(9)を、一つの直線塗布運動(B)に沿って一つの塗布領域内の薄い層として分配すること
を具備した方法において、前記層形成要素がある一つの層形成初期位置(B1)に戻る(A,R,Z)際には、前記照射装置(17)と一つの塗り付けられる層との間の一つのスキャナ・ビーム空間領域(30)を前記層形成要素が横切らないように、前記層形成要素に回避運動(A)を行わせる工程を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記層形成初期位置(B1)に戻すために、前記層形成要素(11)を跳ね上げる、または横に開いて遠ざける、または前記スキャナ・ビーム空間領域(30)から出るように側方に繰り出すもしくは旋回させる工程を特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
