- ステントグラフトにおいて、
隣接して配置されると共に、蛇行パターンを有する接続網部(7)によって互いに接続された、複数の環状部材(3)を有してなるステント(1)と、
少なくとも1つの薄膜(2)と、
を備え、
隣接する前記環状部材(3)の間の複数の前記接続網部(7)に、該接続網部(7)内に形状が合致した状態で配置されると共に、該接続網部(7)に対して弾力的に移動自在である可撓性舌状部(6)が、設けられ、
薄膜(2)が、前記可撓性舌状部(6)と接続網部(7)の間に、留められたことを特徴とする、ステントグラフト。 - 少なくとも1つの周辺の前記環状部材(3)が、隣接した該環状部材(3)に、前記可撓性舌状部(6)を有する前記接続網部(7)を介して接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記可撓性舌状部(6)が、前記ステントの外側に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のステントグラフト。
- 管状の前記薄膜(2)が、前記ステント(1)に備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)が、前記ステント(1)の外側を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記可撓性舌状部(6)を介して所定の位置に留められた前記薄膜(2)の縁部領域が、内側に折り曲げられたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)が、接着テープを用いた追加の接合手段で、前記可撓性舌状部(6)内に固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 複数の前記薄膜(2)が、部分に分かれて配置され、各部分が、前記可撓性舌状部(6)に固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)が、ePTFEの管から構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記ステント(1)が、バルーン拡張可能なステントであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- バルーンカテーテルのバルーン上に、クリンプされた、請求項10に記載のステントグラフト。
- 形状記憶合金、特に、ニチノールで作られた、自己拡張型ステントを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記可撓性舌状部(6)が、前記ステント(1)の平面内の自由端部において、角度のついた構成であるか、または、構成中に、枝状部(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記可撓性舌状部(6)を有する前記接続網部(7)によって互いに接続された、少なくとも1つの前記環状部材(3)は、反転点において、2つの該接続網部(7)の間の隙間へ突出する自由端網部(9)を、有し、
前記自由端網部(9)が、前記薄膜(2)を、更に固定するものである、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。 - 2つの前記環状部材(3)間の前記接続網部(7)に設けられた切欠き(10)を特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記切欠き(10)が、2つの前記環状部材(3)間の全ての前記接続網部(8)内に作られ、前記網部の厚さの1/3以下の深さを有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のステントグラフト。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフトの、脈管奇形の治療のための使用。
