Claims (13)
- 互いに隣接して配置され互いに接続されている複数のリングセグメント(3)を備えている、ステント(1)と、少なくとも1つの薄膜(2)とから構成されるステントグラフトにおいて、蛇行形状の連続ストラットを有する少なくとも1つのエッジ位置リングセグメント(4)で特徴付けられ、該蛇行形状の連続ストラットの、内側または外側へと向いているストラットループ(5)内に形状が合致した状態で配置された舌状バネ(6)であって、前記連続ストラットに対して弾性的に動かすことが可能な舌状バネ(6)を前記ストラットループ(5)内に形成するように該ストラットループ(5)が切り込まれており、前記薄膜が前記舌状バネ(6)と前記ストラットループ(5)との間で留められていることを特徴とするステントグラフト。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエッジ位置リングセグメント(4)が、端部位置となるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記舌状バネ(6)がステントの内側へ向いていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記ステント(1)が管状の薄膜(2)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)が前記ステント(1)を包囲していることを特徴とする請求項4記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)が、接着により前記舌状バネ(6)内に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- 複数の薄膜(2)が特定の区域に配置され、該薄膜が各段階において、前記舌状バネ(6)で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記舌状バネ(6)内に留められた前記薄膜(2)のエッジ領域が、折り畳まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記薄膜(2)がePTFE管から成るものであることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記ステント(1)がバルーン拡張可能なステントであることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
- バルーンカテーテルのバルーン上にクリンプされることを特徴とする請求項10記載のステントグラフト。
- 形状記憶合金から構成された、自己拡張型ステントを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のステントグラフト。
