Description
Claims (10)
- プラグコネクタ(10)と前記プラグコネクタに取り付けられる同軸ケーブル(20)とを備えるプラグコネクタ構成(100)の製造のための方法であって、
ステップ(a)として、支持スリーブ(30)が前記同軸ケーブル(20)の端部に押し付けられ、
ステップ(b)として、前記同軸ケーブル(20)の外部導体(22)が前記支持スリーブ(30)の上に折り返され、
ステップ(c)として、前記同軸ケーブル(20)の前記端部が前記支持スリーブ(30)とともに前記プラグコネクタ(10)のスリーブ部(12)内に導入される、方法において、
ステップ(d)として、前記支持スリーブ(30)がその後前記スリーブ部(12)内に軸方向リミットストップ(14)のところまで前記同軸ケーブル(20)と前記プラグコネクタ(10)とに対して相対的に移動される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スリーブ部(12)がその後前記支持スリーブ(30)を担持する前記同軸ケーブルの前記端部とともに圧着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、前記同軸ケーブルの前記端部が前記プラグコネクタの前記スリーブ部(12)内に軸方向リミットストップのところまで導入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、前記同軸ケーブルの前記端部が、前記同軸ケーブルの内部導体と電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの内部導体コンタクト(40)が前記プラグコネクタの絶縁部(42)とスナップ係合するまで、前記プラグコネクタの前記スリーブ部(12)内に導入されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)において、前記支持スリーブ(30)が、前記支持スリーブ(30)の軸方向前部を包囲する前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体(22)が前記スリーブ部(12)の内部の段部の形態の前記リミットストップ(14)に当接するまで、前記同軸ケーブルと前記プラグコネクタとに対して相対的に深く移動されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記段部での前記プラグコネクタの内径が前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体(22)の直径に実質的に対応することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記支持スリーブ(30)が、ステップ(d)での前記支持スリーブの前方への移動のために前記支持スリーブ(30)が手によってまたは道具で把持されるための径方向突出部(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記径方向突出部(32)が前記同軸ケーブルを包囲する環状カラーを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)において、前記支持スリーブ(30)が、前記径方向突出部(32)が前記スリーブ部(12)のケーブル側端部に当接するまで、前方に深く移動されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 先ず、前記同軸ケーブル(30)の前記端部が、前記外部導体(22)の露出のために剥離され、ステップ(a)において、前記支持スリーブ(30)が、前記支持スリーブ(30)がケーブル絶縁体(24)に当接するまで、前記外部導体(22)の外側に深く押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
