Abstract
Description
− 接着剤の厚さに破壊が生じる場合の、凝集破壊、
− タブと接着剤との間の界面の1つで破壊が生じる場合の、接着破壊(図4)、
− タブと接着剤との間の界面付近で接着剤中に破壊が生じる場合の、表面凝集破壊(図3)。
− 典型的には、金属被膜7の外面15に塩基性水溶液を施用することによって実施される脱脂ステップおよび/または
− 1または複数の他の表面処理ステップ、例えばリン酸塩処理ステップおよび/または
− 電気泳動ステップ
を含み得る(または含まなくてよい。)。
− 上で定義した第1の金属板1および
− 第2の金属板、
を含み、第1の金属板1および第2の金属板が、第1の金属板1のアミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を含む層で被覆された金属被膜7の少なくとも1つの外面15に局所的に存在する接着剤13を介して組付けられている、組立体にも関する。
− 2つの面5を有する鋼基板3であって、2つの面5の少なくとも1つが少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む金属被膜7で被覆された鋼基板3を準備するステップと、
− アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸、システイン、グリシン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニン、バリンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸であって、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態であるものを含む水溶液を金属被膜7の外面15に施用するステップと
を含み、
該水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まない、方法にも関する。
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15の少なくとも一部の、接着剤13との適合性を改善するための、
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15の耐食性を改善するための、および、
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15のトライボロジー特性を改善するための
ものであり、
金属被膜7が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む、使用にも関する。
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15の少なくとも一部の、接着剤13との適合性を改善するための、
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15の耐食性を改善するための、および、
− 鋼基板3の少なくとも1つの面5を被覆する金属被膜7の外面15のトライボロジー特性を改善するための
方法であって、少なくとも
− 2つの面5を有する鋼基板3であって、その少なくとも1つの面が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む金属被膜7で被覆された鋼基板3を準備するステップ、
− プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸を含む水溶液を金属被膜7の外面15に施用するステップ
を含み、プロリンおよびトレオニンは、独立して中性形態または塩形態であり、
水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まない、方法にも関する。
引張試験
本発明を説明するために、引張試験を行ったが、非限定的な例として記載する。
− 接着剤BM1496Vを用いると、本発明による試験1から5Bで認められた破壊面は、30%の接着破壊が確認された、処理に供されていない基準(Ref 1)とは異なり、表面凝集破壊のみから成る。逆の例として、セリンまたはグルタミンを含む水溶液で処理に供された金属板1(試験CE1およびCE2)は、破壊が大部分の接着である基準Ref 1自体と比較して、劣化した破壊面を有していた。
− 接着剤BM1496Vを用いると、本発明による試験8Aから9Bで認められる破壊面は、40%の接着破壊が確認された、いずれの処理も受けていない基準(Ref 6)とは異なり、大部分が表面凝集破壊から成り、
− 接着剤BM1044を用いると、本発明による金属板(試験10Aから10B)上の接着剤の接着性は、湿潤パップの7日後に、基準(Ref 7−Ref 8)よりも良好にエージングすることが認められる。逆の例として、セリンまたはグルタミンを含む水溶液で処理を受けた金属板1(試験CE3からCE5)は、破壊が大部分の接着である実際の基準と比較して、劣化した破壊面を有する。
アミノ酸プロリンおよびトレオニンについての、接触圧(MPa)による摩擦係数(μ)の測定試験および耐食性試験
2.1耐食性試験
− H3PO4を添加することによってpHを場合により調整した、プロリンまたはトレオニンの水溶液および、次いで
− 3g/m2の量のFuchs(R)3802−39S油
が施用され
− 次いで引抜きされていた。
− このように調製したプロリンまたはトレオニンの水溶液で処理した金属板試料について、および
− アミノ酸で処理していない被覆金属板の試料(対照)について、
摩擦係数(μ)を接触圧(MPa)に対して測定した。
− このような溶液によって処理されていない被覆金属板(対照)と比べて摩擦係数を低減すること、および/または
− ある圧力にて、このような溶液で処理されていない被覆金属板(対照)についてはグレージングが認められるが、ジャークまたはグレージング(「スティックスリップ」)による摩擦を回避すること、
− 脱気のための熱処理後に低い摩擦係数を保持すること
が可能となることが認められた。
Claims (31)
- 金属板(1)を作製する方法であって、少なくとも:
− 鋼基板(3)であって、その少なくとも1つの面(5)が、少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を準備するステップと、
− アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニン、バリンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸であって、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態であるものを含む水溶液を前記金属被膜(7)の外面(15)に施用するステップと
を含み、
前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、および
前記水溶液中の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の、または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸混合物の乾燥抽出物としての質量パーセンテージが50%以上である、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、鋼基板(3)を作製する予備ステップを含み、鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)が、鋼基板(3)の熱間亜鉛めっきおよび電気亜鉛めっきから選択される金属被膜(7)によって被覆される、方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)が亜鉛被膜GI、亜鉛被膜GA、亜鉛およびアルミニウム合金、亜鉛およびマグネシウム合金ならびに亜鉛、マグネシウムおよびアルミニウム合金から選択される、方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)が、0.1と10重量%との間のMgおよび場合により0.1から20重量%の間のAlを含み、前記金属被膜の残部がZn、不可避不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、NiまたはBiから選択される1つまたは複数の追加の元素である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、アミノ酸がアラニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニン、バリンおよびこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態もしくは塩形態のプロリン、中性形態もしくは塩形態のシステインおよびこれらの混合物から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1、2または5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの面(5)が金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を電気亜鉛めっきにより作製し、ならびにアミノ酸がアスパラギン酸、システイン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニンまたはこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの面(5)が金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を熱間亜鉛めっきにより作製し、ならびにアミノ酸がアラニン、プロリン、トレオニンおよびバリンならびにこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態のプロリンである、方法。
- 請求項1から5、7および8のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態のトレオニンである、方法。
- 請求項1から5、7および8のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸がプロリンおよびトレオニンの混合物であり、前記プロリンおよびトレオニンが中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が1から200g/Lの、中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む、方法。
- 請求項1から11の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が10から1,750mmol/Lの、中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液中の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物の乾燥抽出物における質量パーセンテージが75%以上である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が[当該アミノ酸の等電点−3]に等しいpHと[当該アミノ酸の等電点+1]に等しいpHとの間に含まれるpH、好ましくは[当該アミノ酸の等電点−3]に等しいpHと[当該アミノ酸の等電点−1]に等しいpHとの間に含まれるpHを有する、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が20と70℃との間に含まれる温度で施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記溶液が、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)上に0.5秒と40秒との間に含まれる期間にわたって施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記溶液がロール被覆によって施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)へのアミノ酸を含む水溶液の施用ステップの後に、乾燥ステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法であって、金属板(1)を70と120℃との間に含まれる温度に1から30秒間にわたって曝すことによって前記乾燥を行う、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)にアミノ酸を含む水溶液を施用するステップおよび任意の乾燥ステップの後に、アミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を含む層で被覆した前記被膜(7)の外面(15)へのグリースまたは油の膜の施用ステップを含む、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)へのアミノ酸を含む水溶液の施用ステップ、任意の乾燥ステップおよび任意のグリース膜または油の膜の施用ステップの後に、金属板(1)を成形するステップを含む、方法。
- 金属板(1)の成形が引抜きによって実施される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)へのアミノ酸を含む水溶液の施用ステップ、任意の乾燥ステップ、任意のグリースまたは油の膜を施用するステップ、任意の金属板(1)を成形するステップの後に、アミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆された金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)に接着剤(13)を局所的に施用するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1から22のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られ得る金属板(1)。
- 先行する請求項に記載の金属板(1)であって、金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)の少なくとも一部が、0.1から200mg/m2の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆されている、金属板(1)。
- 請求項25または26に記載の金属板(1)であって、金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)の少なくとも一部が、50から100重量%の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆されている、金属板(1)。
- 請求項24に記載の方法によって得られ得る、請求項25から27のいずれかに記載の金属板(1)であって、アミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆された金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)に局所的に存在する接着剤(13)を含む、金属板(1)。
- 組立体であって:
− 請求項28に記載の第1の金属板(1)および
− 第2の金属板、
を含み、前記第1の金属板(1)および前記第2の金属板が、前記第1の金属板(1)の金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)に局所的に存在する接着剤(13)によって組立てられている、組立体。 - アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸、システイン、グリシン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニン、バリンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸であって、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態であるものを含む水溶液の使用であって、前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、前記使用が、鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する金属被膜(7)の外面(15)の少なくとも一部の、接着剤(13)との適合性を改善するためのものであり、金属被膜(7)が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む、使用。
- プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸を含む水溶液の使用であって、プロリンおよびトレオニンが独立して中性形態または塩形態であり、前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、前記使用が、
− 鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する金属被膜(7)の外面(15)の少なくとも一部の、接着剤13との適合性を改善するための、
− 前記鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する前記金属被膜(7)の前記外面(15)の耐食性を改善するための、および
− 前記鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する前記金属被膜(7)の前記外面(15)のトライボロジー特性を改善するためのものであり、
前記金属被膜(7)が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む、使用。
