Abstract

Claims (21)
- 上端部及び下端部を有するドラムシェルと、
ドラムシェルの上端に固定されたリムによって張力を受けて保持されたバッターヘッドと、
ドラムシェルの底端部に固定された可撓性支持部材と、
前記可撓性部材の中央部分に保持されたコンタクト・マイクロフォンと、からなる打楽器であって、
前記バッターヘッドに接触する音響伝達構造であって、前記バッターヘッドから前記ドラムシェルの底端部に向けて音響振動を伝達するように構成された音響伝達構造と、
前記音響伝達構造の下端部に結合された駆動脚部と、からなり、
前記バッターヘッド上の打撃によって生成された音響力が、前記音響伝達構造及び駆動脚部を介してコンタクト・マイクロフォンに伝達されるように、前記音響伝達構造及び前記駆動脚部は、前記バッターヘッドと前記可撓性部材との間で圧縮され、前記駆動脚部は、前記コンタクト・マイクロフォン上に配置されている、打楽器。 - 前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンは、両面接着テープ部材で前記可撓性支持部材に結合される、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記ドラムシェルは、円筒形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記ドラムシェルは、逆円錐台形状を有する、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記バッターヘッドは打撃時に当該バッターヘッドを空気が通過できるようにするメッシュファブリックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記メッシュのバッターヘッドは、従来のバッターヘッドのリバウンド特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記可撓性支持部材が、前記ドラムシェルの底端部の円形開口とほぼ同一の広がりを有する円板形状を有する、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンは、圧電マイクロフォンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記音響伝達構造は、バッターヘッドのリムからすぐ隣接して離間するバッターヘッドの下側の領域に接触する上側部分を有する、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記音響伝達構造は、前記バッターヘッドの下側の環状表面と接触する上側環状面を有する、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記音響伝達構造は、逆円錐台形状を有し、前記バッターヘッドの下側の同心環状面と接触する上側環状面を含む、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記駆動脚部の前記音響伝達構造への結合は、前記駆動脚部及び前記音響伝達構造上の前記バッターヘッドおよび前記可撓性支持部材によって及ぼされる圧縮を変化させるように調節可能である、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンは、前記駆動脚部の底面と前記可撓性支持部材の上面との間に保持され、横方向に動かないように制限され、横方向移動を拘束する構造、可撓性支持部材、または駆動脚部に固定されていない、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- さらに、前記駆動脚部の底面と前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンの上面との間に配置された発泡クッションからなる、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記発泡クッションは、第1の両面接着テープ部材で前記駆動脚部に結合され、第2の両面接着テープ部材で前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンに結合される、請求項14に記載の打楽器。
- 前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンは、前記可撓性支持部材と発泡クッションとの間に保持され、前記駆動脚部は、前記発泡クッションと圧縮発泡部材との間に保持される、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記コンタクト・マイクロフォン、前記発泡クッション、前記駆動脚部および前記圧縮発泡部材は、前記上端部に内部ねじ穴を有する複数のピンによって前記可撓性支持部材上に保持され、前記ピンは前記可撓性支持部材の複数の開口部を通して上方に延びており、ピンの上端部が貫通する開口部を有する圧縮板と、ピンのネジ孔に係合して発泡クッションと圧縮発泡部材を圧縮する複数のネジ山付きネジとを含む、請求項16に記載の打楽器。
- 前記駆動脚部は、雄ねじ付きシャンクによって前記音響伝達構造の前記下端部に調節可能に結合され、前記音響伝達構造の前記下端部は、前記ねじ付きシャンクに係合するための内部ねじ穴を有する、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 前記音響伝達構造は、前記音響伝達構造に作用する空気圧の影響を排除または低減するための開口部を有する中空の逆円錐台形状の構成要素である、請求項1に記載の打楽器。
- 上端部及び下端部を有するドラムシェルと、
ドラムシェルの上端部に固定された第1のリムによって張力を受けて保持された可撓性バッターヘッドと、
ドラムシェルの底端部に固定された第2のリムによって張力を受けて保持される可撓性底部ヘッドと、
前記底部ヘッドに支持された可撓性かつ弾性的に圧縮可能な部材と、
前記バッターヘッドと前記可撓性部材との間で前記ドラムシェル内に配置されたコンタクト・マイクロフォンからなるからなる打楽器であって、前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンは、前記バッターヘッドが打撃されたとき、前記コンタクト・マイクロフォンがドラムシェル内の休止位置から軸方向に変位し、バッターヘッドへの複数の打撃の間に前記可撓性部材、底部ヘッドおよびバッターヘッドによって前記弾力的に静止位置に戻るようにした、打楽器。 - 打楽器であって、
上端部及び下端部を有するドラムシェルと、
ドラムシェルの上端部に固定された第1のリムによって張力を受けて保持された可撓性バッターヘッドと、
ドラムシェルの底端部に固定された第2のリムによって張力を受けて保持される可撓性底部ヘッドと、
前記底部ヘッドに支持された可撓性かつ弾性的に圧縮可能な部材と、
ドラムシェルによって直接的に支持されておらず、前記バッターヘッドと底部ヘッドによっておよびその間で当該ドラムシェルによって間接的に支持されているコンタクト・マイクロフォンと、からなる打楽器。
