Abstract
Description
(a)ハードウェアのみの回路実装形態(アナログ及び/又はデジタル回路のみにおける実装形態など)と、
(b)(適用可能な場合に)(i)一つ以上のプロセッサの組合せ、或いは、(ii)携帯電話機又はサーバなどの装置が様々な機能を実行するようにするべく協働する(一つ以上のデジタル信号プロセッサ、ソフトウェア、及び一つ以上のメモリを含む)一つ以上のプロセッサ/ソフトウェアの一部分などの、回路及びソフトウェア(並び/或いは、ファームウェア)の組合せと、
(c)ソフトウェア又はファームウェアが物理的に存在しない場合にも、動作のためにソフトウェア又はファームウェアを必要としている、一つ以上のマイクロプロセッサ、又は一つ以上のマイクロプロセッサの一部分などの、回路と、
のすべてを意味している。
Claims (15)
- 装置であって、
複数のセンサセルを具備するセンサ構成であって、センサセルは、トランジスタと、前記トランジスタに結合されたセンサと、を具備する、センサ構成と、
ゲート入力信号が提供されるセンサセルのサブセットをシーケンシングするように構成された第一選択回路であって、前記ゲート入力信号は、前記センサセル内の前記トランジスタのゲートに提供される、第一選択回路と、
出力信号が受信されるセンサセルのサブセットをシーケンシングするように構成された第二選択回路と、
感知信号を提供するように構成された感知信号回路であって、前記センサは、前記出力信号が前記センサのインピーダンスの通知を提供するように、前記感知信号回路と前記第二選択回路との間に提供されている、感知信号回路と、
を具備する装置。 - 前記第二選択回路は、前記センサセルから複素出力信号を受信するように構成されたアナログマルチプレクサを具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のセンサセルは、複数の行及び列において構成されており、且つ、前記列は、前記行と直交している、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第一選択回路は、一連の異なる行を通じてシーケンシングするように構成されており、且つ、前記第二選択回路は、一連の異なる列を通じてシーケンシングするように構成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第一選択回路は、一連の異なる列を通じてシーケンシングするように構成されており、且つ、前記第二選択回路は、一連の異なる行を通じてシーケンシングするように構成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記センサセル内の前記トランジスタと直列に接続されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記センサセル内の前記トランジスタと並列に接続されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記トランジスタは、薄膜トランジスタを具備する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記感知信号は、交流信号を具備する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、感知された属性に応じてインピーダンスを変化させる材料を具備する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記感知された属性に応答して抵抗を変化させる材料を具備する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記感知された属性に応答して誘電率を変化させる材料を具備する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記出力信号から得られた情報を送信するように構成された少なくとも一つのトランスミッタを更に具備する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置を具備する通信デバイス。
- 方法であって、
複数のセンサセルを具備するセンサ構成を提供するステップであって、センサセルは、トランジスタと、前記トランジスタに結合されたセンサと、を具備する、ステップと、
ゲート入力信号が提供されるセンサセルのサブセットをシーケンシングするように構成された第一選択回路を提供するステップであって、前記ゲート入力信号は、前記センサセル内の前記トランジスタのゲートに提供される、ステップと、
出力信号が受信されるセンサセルのサブセットをシーケンシングするように構成された第二選択回路を提供するステップと、
感知信号を提供するように構成された感知信号回路を提供するステップであって、前記センサは、前記出力信号が前記センサのインピーダンスの通知を提供するように、前記感知信号回路と前記第二選択回路との間に提供されている、ステップと、
を具備する方法。
