Abstract

Un aparato y un método, en donde el aparato comprende: una disposición de sensor que comprende una pluralidad de células de sensor en donde una célula de sensor comprende un transistor y un sensor acoplado al transistor; un primer circuito de selección configurado para secuenciar un subconjunto de células de sensor al que se proporciona una señal de entrada de puerta, en donde la señal de entrada de puerta se proporciona a la puerta de los transistores dentro de las células de sensor; un segundo circuito de selección configurado para secuenciar un subconjunto de células de sensor desde el que se recibe una señal de salida; detectar un circuito de señal configurado para proporcionar una señal de detección, en donde los sensores se proporcionan entre el circuito de señal de detección y el segundo circuito de selección, de manera que la señal de salida proporciona una indicación de la impedancia de los sensores.
