Abstract
Description
両親媒性粉体が200〜250nmのサイズを有する場合、第1モノマー、開始剤および安定化剤の比が110〜130:1:2〜4、具体的に115〜125:1:2〜4、より具体的に120:1:3である第1ポリマースフェロイドから製造されてよい。
水相に、モノマーとしてスチレン(Styrene)、安定化剤として4‐ビニルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(Sodium 4‐vinylbenzenesulfonate)、開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(Azobisisobutyronitrile,AIBN)を混合して、75℃で8時間反応させた。反応は、円筒形反応器で撹拌し、円筒形反応器は、直径11cm、高さ17cm、ガラス材質であり、200rpmの速度で回転させた。
前記得られたポリスチレン(Polystyrene,PS)第1ポリマー球状粒子に、モノマーとしてスチレン(Styrene)、TMSPA(3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propylacrylate)、開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(Azobisisobutyronitrile,AIBN)を混合して反応させた。反応は、円筒形反応器で撹拌した。
前記反応の結果、得られたポリスチレン‐コアシェル(PS‐CS)水分散溶液に、モノマーとしてスチレン(Styrene)、安定化剤として4‐ビニルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(Sodium 4‐vinylbenzenesulfonate)、開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(Azobisisobutyronitrile,AIBN)を混合し、75℃に加熱して反応を進めた。反応は、円筒形反応器で撹拌した。その結果、対称形状の異方性粉体を得た。
前記得られた異方性粉体の水分散溶液に、シランカップリング剤としてN‐[3‐(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]エチレンジアミン(N‐[3‐(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine)と、反応調節剤としてアンモニウムヒドロキシド(Ammmonium hydroxide)を混合して反応させて親水性官能基を導入した。反応は、円筒形反応器で撹拌した。
前記準備例において製造した両親媒性異方性粉体を利用して、表1の組成によるマクロ乳化組成物と、表2の組成による既存の界面活性剤を利用したナノ乳化組成物をそれぞれ製造した。その後、マクロ乳化組成物とナノ乳化組成物を9:1の重量比で混合して、実施例1の組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1の組成物をサンプリングした後、顕微鏡で乳化粒子を観察し、45℃の高温で5日間保管した後、粒子の変化を観察した。
前記実施例1による混成乳化組成物に対し、製造直後および45℃で4週間経過後に、乳化粒子サイズを、Zetasizer Nano(Malvern)を使用して測定し、粒子サイズの分布を図2に示した。
前記実施例1による混成乳化組成物を、−15℃〜60℃で18週間維持しながら、安定性を確認した。多様な温度分布において剤形内のオイルの分離やクリーミング現象なしに安定して維持されて、実施例の組成物が温度および経時安定性を示した。
Claims (10)
- 乳化組成物において、
前記乳化組成物は、1μm〜100μmの巨大乳化粒子と100nm〜900nmのナノ乳化粒子とを含み、
前記巨大乳化粒子は、両親媒性異方性粉体を含み、
前記両親媒性異方性粉体は、親水性である第1ポリマースフェロイドおよび疎水性である第2ポリマースフェロイドを含み、
前記第1ポリマースフェロイドおよび第2ポリマースフェロイドは、少なくとも部分的に相手のポリマースフェロイドを浸透する構造で結合し、
前記第1ポリマースフェロイドは、コア‐シェル構造を有し、前記シェルは、官能基を含む、
多様な乳化粒子サイズを含有する混成乳化組成物。 - 前記巨大乳化粒子とナノ乳化粒子の割合は、5〜9:5〜1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記第1ポリマースフェロイドのコアと第2ポリマースフェロイドは、ビニルポリマーを含み、
前記第1ポリマースフェロイドのシェルは、ビニルモノマーと官能基の共重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。 - 前記ビニルポリマーは、ポリスチレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記官能基は、シロキサンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記第1ポリマースフェロイドのシェルは、親水性官能基がさらに導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記親水性官能基は、カルボキシル酸基、スルホン基、ホスフェート基、アミノ基、アルコキシ基、エステル基、アセテート基、ポリエチレングリコール基およびヒドロキシル基からなる群より選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記両親媒性異方性粉体は、第1ポリマースフェロイドおよび第2ポリマースフェロイドが結合された結合部を基準として、対称形状、非対称スノーマン(snowman)形状または非対称逆スノーマン形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 前記両親媒性異方性粉体は、粒子サイズが100〜1500nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混成乳化組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の混成乳化組成物の製造方法であって、
前記製造方法は、1μm〜100μmの巨大乳化粒子製造のための両親媒性異方性粉体を含む乳化組成物と、100nm〜900nmのナノ乳化粒子製造のための界面活性剤を含む乳化組成物とをそれぞれ製造した後、混合することを特徴とする混成乳化組成物の製造方法。
