Claims (20)

前記ワイヤに配置された閉塞エレメントを含み、前記閉塞エレメントは前記チューブの中に適合するように構成され、前記チューブ内の前記ワイヤの移動に応答して前記チューブの遠位端の開口部から滑り出て、前記閉塞エレメントは前記チューブの半径よりも大きい半径を持つように広がり、前記動脈瘤の首部分を覆うように構成されるカテーテル。 - 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントは前記チューブの中にある場合には閉じられた傘状の形状を有し、使用時には開いた傘状の形状を有するカテーテル。
- 請求項2のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントはメッシュ材料であるカテーテル。
- 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントは前記ワイヤの遠位端から離れた位置にある前記ワイヤの一部上に配置されるカテーテル。
- 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントが開いた後に前記ワイヤを切断するように配置される切断エレメントをさらに含むカテーテル。
- 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記ワイヤの前記遠位端と前記閉塞エレメントとの間のワイヤセグメントは前記動脈瘤の内部表面内で渦巻き形状となり得るように柔軟性を有するカテーテル。
- 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントは展開後に前記ワイヤから滑り離れるように構成されるカテーテル。
- 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントに結合するアンカリング部材をさらに含み、前記アンカリング部材は前記首部分の血管側面に配置されるカテーテル。
- 請求項8のカテーテルにおいて、前記アンカリング部材はステントであるカテーテル。
- 請求項8のカテーテルにおいて、前記アンカリング部材はリングエレメントを含むカテーテル。
- 請求項8のカテーテルにおいて、前記アンカリング部材はディスクエレメントを含み、前記ディスクエレメントは首領域を通過すると広がり、前記閉塞エレメントよりも剛性を有するカテーテル。
- 血管の動脈瘤を治療するための方法であって、
チューブの遠位部分を前記動脈瘤の首領域に提供する工程と、
閉塞エレメントが前記首領域で前記チューブから出るように前記チューブ内で閉塞エレメントに結合するワイヤを滑らせる工程と、
前記閉塞エレメントが前記チューブから出た後に前記閉塞エレメントを前記ワイヤから分離させる工程を含む方法。 - 請求項12の方法において、前記閉塞エレメントが前記チューブから出た後に前記閉塞エレメントは展開し、前記閉塞エレメントは前記チューブの半径よりも大きい半径を有するように広がり、前記動脈瘤の壁の内側にかみ合い、前記動脈瘤の首部分を覆う方法。
- 請求項12の方法において、分離する工程は、前記チューブの遠位端にかみ合う前記閉塞エレメントが前記ワイヤから滑り離れるように前記ワイヤを、前記チューブを介して後方に引っ張ることによって実行される方法。
- 請求項12の方法において、前記ワイヤの遠位部分を前記動脈瘤の中に配置させる工程をさらに含み、前記ワイヤの遠位端が前記動脈瘤の内側壁の中で渦巻き状になり、前記閉塞エレメントは前記動脈瘤の中で遠位部分よりも前記ワイヤの端部からさらに遠い部分で前記ワイヤの上に位置する方法。
- 請求項15の方法において、前記血管内の首部分に関連する位置にアンカリングエレメントを提供する工程をさらに含む方法。
- 血管の動脈瘤を治療するための閉塞システムであって、
ワイヤと、
前記ワイヤの上に配置される閉塞エレメントを含む、前記閉塞エレメントは円錐形状に圧縮されるように構成され、前記動脈瘤の首部分を覆うようにディスクまたは凹形状に広がる閉塞システム。 - 請求項17の閉塞システムにおいて、前記閉塞エレメントは前記ワイヤの上に配置され、前記ワイヤの遠位端から離れた位置に配置される閉塞エレメント。
- 請求項17の閉塞システムにおいて、前記ワイヤを前記閉塞エレメントから分離するための切断デバイスをさらに含む閉塞システム。
- 請求項17の閉塞システムにおいて、前記血管とかみ合うためのアンカリングエレメントデバイスをさらに含む閉塞システム。
