Abstract
Description
本発明の他の具現例は、色相、タッチ感、染色堅牢度及び洗濯堅牢度に優れた捺染天然繊維織物の製造方法を提供する。
前記アルキレーテッドメラミンホルムアルデヒドとしては、Melamine F(Prizm International)、Astro Mel 400(Momentive)、Astro Mel NW−3A(Momentive)等が用いられ得る。
これらの添加剤は、これらの添加剤成分を含むバインダー組成物100重量%に対して約0.1〜約10重量%、具体的には、約0.1〜5重量%で含まれ得る。前記範囲で染料固着性と洗濯堅牢度を向上させることができる。
(色相の評価)
色相の評価項目は、次のとおりである。色相の評価のために、ポリエステル織物に前記昇華性染料を同じデザインで捺染して比較した。
1点:仮に色相がコットンにより近い場合;
2点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに10%優れている;
3点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに20%優れている;
4点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに30%優れている;
5点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに40%優れている;
6点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに50%優れている;
7点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに60%優れている;
8点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに70%優れている;
9点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに80%優れている;
10点:色相がプリントされたコットンよりさらに90%優れている。
(タッチ感の評価)
タッチ感の評価項目は、次のとおりである。
1点:プラスチックのようにごわつく;2点:ボール紙のようにごわつく;
3点:80LBペーパーのようにごわつく;4点:60LBペーパーのようにごわつく;
5点:40LBペーパーのようにごわつく;6点:300Mil Plastic Bagのようにごわつく;
7点:180〜200Mil Plastic Bagのようにごわつく;8点:90〜100Mil Plastic Bagのようにごわつく;9点:heavy cotton Jersey織物のようにごわつく;10点:織物のようなタッチ感;10点超:タッチ感が織物そのものより優れている。
(染色堅牢度(crocking)の評価)
前記実施例1〜17及び比較例1と2によって前処理された後、捺染された綿織物を濡れた白色のテスト織物(wet white crock test cloth)上にクロックメーター(Crockmeter)を利用して10回擦った。その後、テスト織物に転移された染料を図1に示された基準によって染色堅牢度を評価した。
前記評価結果を下記表3に記載する。

- (A)水系溶媒;
(B)尿素、グリセリン及びこれらの混合物から選択される水分蒸発遅延剤(retardant);
(C)(メタ)アクリルポリマー;
(D)ポリウレタン;及び
(E)ブロックドポリイソシアネート(blocked polyisocyanate)
を含む、天然繊維の昇華転写捺染のためのバインダー組成物。 - 前記バインダー組成物は、約30〜約97.5重量%の水系溶媒(A)、約1〜約30重量%の尿素、グリセリン及びこれらの混合物から選択される水分蒸発遅延剤(B)、約0.1〜約30重量%の(メタ)アクリルポリマー(C)、約0.1〜約10重量%のポリウレタン(D)及び約0.1〜約10重量%のブロックドポリイソシアネート(E)を含む、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、(F)パラフィンワックスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記パラフィンワックス(F)は、前記(F)成分を含有するバインダー組成物100重量%に対して約0.1〜約10重量%の量で含まれる、請求項3に記載のバインダー組成物。
- (G)水酸基−含有線形ポリエステル(linear polyester having a hydroxyl group)、ポリオール及びこれらの混合物から選択される化合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記水酸基−含有線形ポリエステル、ヘキサンジオール−1,6 E−カプロラクタムと線形脂肪族ポリカーボネートポリエステルの混合物、ポリオール及びこれらの混合物から選択される化合物(G)は、前記(G)成分を含有するバインダー組成物100重量%に対して約0.1〜約10重量%の量で含まれる、請求項5に記載のバインダー組成物。
- (H)アルキレンジイソシアネートポリマーと親水性脂肪族ポリイソシアネートの混合物、メラミン樹脂またはこれらの混合物から選択される交差結合剤(cross−linker)を含む、請求項1に記載の天然繊維の昇華転写捺染のためのバインダー組成物。
- 前記アルキレンジイソシアネートポリマーと親水性脂肪族ポリイソシアネートの混合物、メラミン樹脂またはこれらの混合物から選択される交差結合剤(H)は、前記(H)成分を含有するバインダー組成物100重量%に対して約0.1〜約10重量%の量で含まれる、請求項7に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、メタルホルムアルデヒドスルホキシレート(I)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記メタルホルムアルデヒドスルホキシレート(I)は、前記(I)成分を含有するバインダー組成物100重量%に対して約0.1〜約10重量%の量で含まれる、請求項9に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、(J)分枝二次アルコール(branched secondary alcohol)、分枝二次アルコールアルコキシレート(branched secondary alcohol alkoxylate)、ポリアルキレングリコールアルキルエーテル(polyalkylene glycol alkyl ether)及びこれらの混合物から選択される界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。

前記前処理された天然繊維生地織物に捺染する工程を含む、捺染天然繊維織物の製造方法。 - 請求項16によるバインダー組成物で天然繊維生地織物に塗布した後、乾燥する前処理工程;及び
前記前処理された天然繊維生地織物に捺染する工程を含む、捺染天然繊維織物の製造方法。 - 請求項17によって製造された捺染された天然繊維織物。
