Abstract
Description
− 供給源貯蔵装置内に含まれる気体の加熱は、その温度を10℃〜60℃、好ましくは20℃〜40℃に含まれる決定された量だけ上昇させる。
− 供給源貯蔵装置からタンクへの水素の移動中、一方では供給源貯蔵装置内の気体と、他方ではタンク内の気体との間の圧力差が決定された第1の差未満である場合に、供給源貯蔵装置内に含まれる気体は加熱部材によって加熱される。
− 一方では供給源貯蔵装置内の気体と、他方ではタンク内の気体との間の圧力差が前記決定された第1の差未満である場合にのみ、供給源貯蔵装置内に含まれる気体は加熱される。
− 決定された第1の差は、50〜250barに含まれ、好ましくは100〜200barに含まれる。
− 供給源貯蔵装置からタンクへの水素の移動中、一方では供給源貯蔵装置内の気体と、他方ではタンク内の気体との間の圧力差が決定された第2の差を超える場合に、供給源貯蔵装置内に含まれる気体または供給源貯蔵装置から引き抜かれる気体は冷却される。
− 供給源貯蔵装置内に含まれる気体の冷却は、その温度を10℃〜60℃だけ、好ましくは20℃〜40℃だけ低下させる。
− 供給源貯蔵装置内の気体は、充填前および加熱前に、150〜950bar、特に250〜850barに含まれる初期圧力を有する。
Claims (9)
- 加圧気体水素タンク(1)に、決定された第1の温度および充填される前記タンク(1)内の圧力よりも高い決定された圧力の加圧気体水素を含む少なくとも1つの供給源貯蔵装置(2)から充填する方法であって、水素は、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)に接続される上流端および前記タンク(1)に接続される下流端を有する充填回路(3)を介して圧力を等しくすることにより、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)へ移動され、前記少なくとも1つの供給源貯蔵装置(2)は、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)に貯蔵される前記気体を加熱するための部材(6)と熱交換関係にあり、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)への水素の前記移動の少なくとも一部の間、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体は、前記第1の温度よりも高い決定された第2の温度まで加熱される、方法において、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)への水素の前記移動中、一方では前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内の前記気体と、他方では前記タンク(1)内の前記気体との間の圧力差が決定された第1の差未満である場合に、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体は、前記加熱部材(6)によって加熱されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体の前記加熱は、その温度を10℃〜60℃、好ましくは20℃〜40℃に含まれる決定された量だけ上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一方では前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内の前記気体と、他方では前記タンク(1)内の前記気体との間の前記圧力差が前記決定された第1の差未満である場合にのみ、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体は加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記決定された第1の差は、50〜250barに含まれ、好ましくは100〜200barに含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)への水素の前記移動中、一方では前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内の前記気体と、他方では前記タンク(1)内の前記気体との間の前記圧力差が決定された第2の差を超える場合に、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体または前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から引き抜かれる前記気体は冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体の前記冷却は、その温度を10℃〜60℃だけ、好ましくは20℃〜40℃だけ低下させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内の前記気体は、充填前および加熱前に、150〜950bar、特に250〜850barに含まれる初期圧力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加圧気体水素タンク(1)に充填する装置であって、決定された第1の温度および決定された圧力の加圧気体水素を含む少なくとも1つの供給源貯蔵装置(2)と、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)に貯蔵される前記気体を加熱するための部材(6)と、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)に接続される上流端および充填される前記タンク(1)に着脱可能に連結され得る下流端を有する充填回路(3)と、前記回路(3)内で前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)へ循環させられる気体の圧力および/または流量を調節するための少なくとも1つの部材(5)と、前記調節部材(5)に接続され、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)に貯蔵される前記気体を加熱するための前記部材(6)および前記タンク(1)内の圧力のセンサー(8)にも接続される電子データ取得、記憶および処理部材(7)とを含み、前記電子データ取得、記憶および処理部材(7)は、前記充填回路内の前記気体の前記流量および/または圧力を制御するように構成される、装置において、前記電子データ取得、記憶および処理部材(7)は、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)から前記タンク(1)への水素の移動の少なくとも一部の間、一方では前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内の前記気体と、他方では前記タンク(1)内の前記気体との間の圧力差が決定された第1の差未満である場合に、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体を前記第1の温度よりも高い決定された第2の温度まで加熱することを命令するように構成され、前記供給源貯蔵装置(2)内に含まれる前記気体は、前記加熱部材(6)によって加熱されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記加熱部材(6)は、前記貯蔵タンク(2)と熱交換関係にある熱交換器および/または冷却剤回路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の充填装置。
