Description
Claims (15)
- 4−アジドブチルアミンの調製方法であって、塩素系溶媒を実質的に含まない、または含まない溶媒から前記4−アジドブチルアミンを分離することを含む方法。
- 溶媒がN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドもしくはMTBEまたはこれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4−アジドブチルアミンの調製方法であって、有機溶媒のいずれも使用することなく水溶液から前記4−アジドブチルアミンを分離する工程を含む方法。
- 前記混合物のpHを上昇させることを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物から水層を分離することを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 4−アジドブチルアミンの調製方法であり、前記方法が、
(a)混合物を形成するためにN,N−ジメチルホルムアミド中の4−ジブロモブタン溶液にアジ化ナトリウムの溶液を添加すること、
(b)約12時間などの所定の時間にわたって約80〜約90℃などの周囲温度より高い温度にて前記混合物を加熱すること、
(c)MTBEのような塩素系溶媒を実質的に含まない、または含まない有機溶媒を添加すること、
(d)有機層を分離すること、
(e)トリフェニルホスフィンおよび酸の溶液を前記有機層に添加すること、
(f)約12時間などの所定の時間にわたって、約25〜約35℃などの周囲温度より高い温度にて前記混合物を加熱すること、
(g)水酸化ナトリウムを前記混合物に添加すること、
(h)4−アジドブチルアミンを含有する前記有機層を分離すること、および
(i)前記有機層を脱気および乾燥すること、
を含む方法。 - 塩素系溶媒を実質的に含まない、または含まない分離した4−アジドブチルアミン。
- 分離した4−アジドブチルアミンの塩であり、前記塩が、硝酸塩、フッ化物、臭化物、ヨウ化物、サルフェート、クロロスルホネート、メタンスルホネート、トルエンスルホネート、ホスフェート、ホスホネート、オキサレート、ボレート、シトレート、マロネート、ホルメート、ブチレート、マレエート、プロピオネート、ピルベート、ベンゾエートもしくはラクテートまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む塩。
- 4−アジドブチルアミンの酸付加塩から本質的になる組成物であり、前記組成物が塩素系溶媒を実質的に含まない、または含まない組成物。
- 前記酸が、メタンスルホン酸、硫酸、リン酸、シュウ酸、トルエンスルホン酸、ホウ酸およびクエン酸ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸が、ヨウ化水素酸塩、臭化水素酸塩、フッ化水素酸塩、硝酸、クロロスルホン酸、マロン酸、ギ酸、酪酸、マレイン酸、プロピオン酸、ピルビン酸、安息香酸、および乳酸ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- DSCによって約150℃以上で開始する発熱を有する、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の塩または組成物。
- 周囲温度で約10日間以上の長期間保存できる、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の塩または組成物。
- 長期間の保存の後、1%以下の分解が認められる、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の塩または組成物。
- 4−アジドブチルアミンの調製方法であり、前記方法が、
(a)混合物を形成するためにN,N−ジメチルホルムアミド中の4−ジブロモブタン溶液にアジ化ナトリウムの溶液を添加すること、
(b)約12時間などの所定の時間にわたって約80〜約90℃などの周囲温度より高い温度にて前記混合物を加熱すること、
(c)トリフェニルホスフィンおよび酸の溶液を添加すること、
(d)約12時間などの所定の時間にわたって、約25〜約35℃などの周囲温度より高い温度にて前記混合物を加熱すること、
(e)前記4−アジドブチルアミンを分離するために前記混合物の前記pHを上昇させること
(f)前記4−アジドブチルアミンを分離すること、および
(g)固体の水酸化ナトリウムを前記4−アジドブチルアミンに添加すること、
を含む方法。
