Claims (15)
- 1つ以上の酵素変性因子を含むサンプル中のクレアチニンの濃度、を測定する装置の較正方法であって、
2つ以上の較正溶液の各々のための前記装置の感度を決定する工程であって、各較正溶液が異なる量の酵素変性因子を有する、工程と、
前記2つ以上の較正溶液の各々の変性度を決定する工程と、
測定すべきサンプルの変性度を決定する工程と、
前記サンプルのための前記装置の前記感度を計算する工程であって、前記計算する工程が、前記2つ以上の較正溶液のうちの1つのための前記装置の前記感度を係数によって調整することを含み、前記係数は前記決定する工程による変性度の関数である、工程と、
を含む、較正方法。 - 前記1つ以上の酵素変性因子が、酸若しくはアルカリ又はそれらの塩を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の酵素変性因子が、重炭酸塩、酢酸塩、ギ酸塩、Ca2+、及びZn2+、pHのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 2つ以上の較正溶液のための前記装置の前記感度を前記決定する工程が、前記較正溶液における前記装置の出力と、前記較正溶液におけるクレアチニン及び/又はクレアチンの濃度との間の比を計算すること、を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記較正溶液の各々の変性度を前記決定する工程が、前記較正溶液中の酵素変性因子の量に基づいて酵素変性を推定すること、を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記較正溶液の各々の変性度を前記決定する工程が、前記変性度の値を受け取ること、を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が、前記装置を覆い前記サンプルに対向する膜、を更に含み、前記関数が、酵素活性と前記膜の透過性との間の比を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 酵素活性と、電極を覆う前記1つ以上の膜の層の透過性との間の比が、前記装置に固有の無次元定数である、請求項7に記載の方法。

- 前記2つ以上の較正溶液のうちの1つが、高レベルの酵素変性を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が、クレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンセンサである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電子装置の1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行される場合に、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って前記電子装置を動作させる命令、を含むコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 1つ以上のプロセッサと、
