Claims (6)
- 配列された複数の電池セルの内の少なくとも1つを接続対象とし、その接続対象となる前記電池セルが有する2つの電極端子の内の1つに対して電気的に接続される第1導電部材と、
複数の前記電池セルの配列方向に延在させる導電体を有し、前記第1導電部材及び電気接続対象物に対して前記導電体を電気的に接続させる第2導電部材と、
前記第1及び第2の導電部材を収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記収容部材は、前記第1導電部材が収容される第1収容室及び前記第2導電部材が収容される第2収容室を有する収容体と、前記第2収容室から前記第2導電部材が抜け出ないように前記第2収容室の開口の少なくとも一部を塞ぐ蓋体と、前記収容体と前記蓋体とを連結し、前記第2収容室の前記開口に対する開放位置と前記第2収容室の前記開口に対する閉塞位置との間で前記蓋体を前記収容体に対して回動させるヒンジ体と、前記閉塞位置で前記蓋体を前記収容体に保持させる保持機構と、を有し、
前記ヒンジ体は、前記収容体側と前記蓋体側との間で回動軸の位置の変位が可能な柔軟性を有する薄肉のリビングヒンジであり、
前記保持機構は、前記収容体に設けた第1係合保持体と、前記蓋体に設けた第2係合保持体と、を備え、前記第1係合保持体と前記第2係合保持体の内の一方が有する爪部を前記第1係合保持体と前記第2係合保持体の内の他方が有する被挿入部に挿入させ、前記爪部の前記被挿入部への挿入完了と共に前記爪部と前記被挿入部の壁面とを互いに引っ掛けることによって、前記閉塞位置で前記蓋体を前記収容体に保持させるように形成し、
前記第1係合保持体は、前記ヒンジ体の前記回動軸の位置が前記収容体側と前記蓋体側との間における基準回動軸の位置のときに前記第2係合保持体が当接し、前記収容体に対する前記蓋体の回動動作の進行と共に前記爪部が前記被挿入部に挿入されるよう前記第2係合保持体を案内する第1誘い込み部と、前記ヒンジ体の前記回動軸の位置が前記収容体側と前記蓋体側との間における何れの位置であっても前記第2係合保持体が当接し、前記収容体に対する前記蓋体の回動動作の進行と共に前記第2係合保持体を前記第1誘い込み部まで案内する第2誘い込み部と、を有することを特徴とした導電モジュール。 - 前記第2誘い込み部は、前記第2係合保持体が前記第1誘い込み部に到達するまで、当接した前記第2係合保持体を接触させながら案内する摺接面であることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の導電モジュール。
- 前記第2誘い込み部は、前記第1誘い込み部による前記第2係合保持体の案内方向に対して傾斜させた傾斜面であることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の導電モジュール。
- 前記第2収容室は、前記第2収容室を成す壁部における前記ヒンジ体が連結された前記回動軸側の内側壁部と、前記内側壁部に対して前記第2収容室の室内を挟んで間隔を空けて配置された外側壁部と、を有し、
前記蓋体は、前記ヒンジ体が連結された前記回動軸側の内側端部と、前記内側端部に対して間隔を空けて配置された外側端部と、を有し、
前記保持機構は、前記外側壁部に前記第1係合保持体を設け、かつ、前記外側端部に前記第2係合保持体を設けることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の導電モジュール。 - 前記第2収容室は、前記第2収容室を成す壁部における前記ヒンジ体が連結された前記回動軸側の内側壁部と、前記内側壁部に対して前記第2収容室の室内を挟んで間隔を空けて配置された外側壁部と、を有し、
前記蓋体は、前記ヒンジ体が連結された前記回動軸側の内側端部と、前記内側端部に対して間隔を空けて配置された外側端部と、を有し、
前記保持機構は、前記外側壁部と前記外側端部との間に配置すると共に、前記内側壁部と前記内側端部との間にも配置することを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の導電モジュール。 - 前記第2導電部材は、前記導電体としての芯線と、前記芯線を覆う被覆と、を備えた電線であることを特徴とした請求項1から5の内の何れか1つに記載の導電モジュール。
