Claims (4)
- 電池セルの配列体を含んで構成された電池モジュールと、前記電池モジュールを収容する筐体とを備える電池パックであって、
前記筐体には樹脂閉塞部が設けられており、
前記樹脂閉塞部は、前記筐体の内部と外部とをつなぐ貫通孔と、該貫通孔を恒久的または非恒久的に閉塞する閉塞樹脂とを備え、
前記閉塞樹脂の融点が、前記電池パックの使用上限温度より高く、かつ、前記電池セルの発火時温度より低い、電池パック。 - 前記樹脂閉塞部は、前記筐体の内圧が所定の閾値以下であるときには前記閉塞樹脂が前記貫通孔を閉塞し、前記筐体の内圧が前記閾値を超えたときには前記閉塞樹脂が変形して前記貫通孔が開放される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールの充電用のコネクタと、
前記筐体内に収容され、前記電池モジュールと前記コネクタとの間の接続を中継する中継端子と
をさらに備え、
前記閉塞樹脂の融点が、前記コネクタの融点より低い、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記筐体の内部において、前記電池モジュールが配置される領域と、前記コネクタと前記中継端子との接続箇所が配置される領域とを、それぞれ隔てて区画する区画部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
