Abstract
Description
図1、図2は、第1実施形態に係る磁気軸受11を示している。
上記第1実施形態によれば、第1磁石11と第2磁石12は同心状に配置され、第1磁石11と第2磁石12の一方は、第1ヨーク13と第2ヨーク14を有し、第1ヨーク13及び第2ヨーク14は、第1磁石11と第2磁石12の変動量の許容量とほぼ等しい厚みH2を有している。このため、第1磁石11に対して第2磁石12が変動した場合においても、十分な吸引力を得ることができ、第1磁石11に対する第2磁石12の変動を抑制することが可能である。
図7、図8は、第2実施形態に係る磁気軸受の例を示している。
第2実施形態によっても第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
図11は、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態の磁気軸受10が適用されるファンモータ20の一例を示している。ファンモータ20は、例えば遠心ファンとしてのターボファンを用いている。
Claims (4)
- 軸方向に磁化された環状の第1磁石と、
前記第1磁石と同心状に配置され、前記軸方向に磁化された環状の第2磁石と、
前記第2磁石の前記軸方向の第1の面に設けられた第1磁性体と、
前記第2磁石の前記軸方向の第1の面と平行する第2の面に設けられた第2磁性体と、
を具備し、
前記第1磁性体及び前記第2磁性体の厚みは、前記第1磁石に対する前記第2磁石の軸方向の許容変動量以下で0.1mm以上であることを特徴とする磁気軸受。 - 前記第1磁性体及び前記第2磁性体の厚みは、0.1mm以上で1.5mm以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気軸受。
- 前記第1磁石の厚みは、前記第2磁石の厚みと等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気軸受。
- 前記第1磁石の厚みは、前記第2磁石の厚みより大きく、前記第2磁石と前記第1磁性体及び前記第2磁性体の合計の厚みより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気軸受。
