Abstract
【解決手段】ドプラ波形生成部30は、診断領域内から収集される受信信号からドプラ情報を得てドプラ波形を生成する。初期時相設定部40は、ドプラ波形の開始初期時相と終了初期時相を設定する。その設定においては、心電計などを利用して被検体から得られる心電波形信号と、学習済データ記憶部60に記憶された学習済データが利用される。計測時相探索部50は、開始初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形の開始時相を探索し、終了初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形の終了時相を探索する。その探索においては、学習済データ記憶部60に記憶された学習済データが利用される。

Claims (5)
- 超音波を送受することにより得られた受信データに基づいてドプラ波形を生成する生成手段と、
学習用のドプラ波形情報から統計的に得られる初期時相情報を含んだ学習済データを記憶する記憶手段と、
前記初期時相情報に基づいてドプラ波形の開始初期時相と終了初期時相を設定する設定手段と、
前記開始初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形の開始時相を探索し、前記終了初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形の終了時相を探索する探索手段と、
を有する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記記憶手段には、前記初期時相情報として、心電波形の特徴時相から前記開始初期時相までの時間に対応した開始距離と、心電波形の特徴時相から前記終了初期時相までの時間に対応した終了距離が記憶され、
前記設定手段は、診断対象から得られる心電波形の特徴時相から前記開始距離だけ離れた時相を当該診断対象のドプラ波形の開始初期時相とし、当該診断対象から得られる心電波形の特徴時相から前記終了距離だけ離れた時相を当該診断対象のドプラ波形の終了初期時相とする、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記記憶手段には、学習用のドプラ波形情報から機械学習処理により得られる前記開始時相に対応した特徴量データと前記終了時相に対応した特徴量データとを含んだ前記学習済データが記憶され、
前記探索手段は、前記開始初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形から得られる特徴量データと前記開始時相に対応した特徴量データとの相関関係に基づいて当該ドプラ波形の開始時相を探索し、前記終了初期時相の近傍においてドプラ波形から得られる特徴量データと前記終了時相に対応した特徴量データとの相関関係に基づいて当該ドプラ波形の終了時相を探索する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記記憶手段には、ドプラ波形を利用する複数の計測項目について各計測項目ごとに学習済データが記憶される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項4に記載の超音波診断装置において、
互いに類似する幾つかの計測項目に対応した学習済データが集約されて前記記憶手段に記憶される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
