Abstract
Description
本願は、この参照を以て本願の一部として明示的に組み入れられるところの、「手術器具照明アタッチメント」(Operative Instrument Light Attachment)と題する2013年4月1日付米国暫定特許出願第61/853232号につき、米国特許法第119条(e)に基づく利益を享受する出願である。
本発明は照明装置に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、器具又は物体に取り付けうる無線照明装置に関する。
Claims (19)
- 基端及び先端を有しており、その基端から先端へと延びる略先細り又は円錐状の内部空洞を画定しており、当ハウジング内を通り基端から先端へと延びる開口がその内部空洞により形成されており、その内部に器具の先細り又は円錐状部分のうち所定部分のみが可着脱受容されうるよう構成されているハウジングと、
上記ハウジングの略先端に配置されており、視野を照らせるよう工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個の光源と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力を供給してその光源を発光させるよう工夫及び構成されている電源と、
を備える照明装置。 - 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、上記ハウジングが、上記所定部分にて上記器具を少なくとも略全周的に囲む照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、上記少なくとも1個の電源がピン型電池であり、概ね基端から先端へと向かう方向に沿いその長尺方向が延びるようそのピン型電池が上記ハウジング内に配置されている照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、上記少なくとも1個の光源が少なくとも1個のLEDライトを有する照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記ハウジングから上記空洞内に延びる少なくとも1個の出っ張りを備え、その出っ張りが、第1リムと、その第1リムから先端に向かいある角度で延びる第2リムと、を有し、その第2リムが、上記器具のうち上記所定部分に連接し本装置をその器具にしっかりと可脱固定するよう工夫及び構成されたタングを有する照明装置。
- 請求項5記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記タングに面し延びる弾性スリーブ及びそのタングのうち少なくとも一部分に付された被覆のうち、少なくとも一方を備え、当該少なくとも一方が、上記タング・上記器具間摩擦接触をもたらし本装置・上記器具間相対摺動に抗するよう構成されている照明装置。
- 請求項5記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記ハウジングに対し動かせるようそのハウジング内に配置された略先細り状又は円錐状のスリーブを備え、そのスリーブが、上記空洞及び上記開口と、基端から外方に延びていてユーザが連接しうるように工夫及び構成されているフランジと、当スリーブの先端に形成された面取部と、を画定しており、上記スリーブを上記ハウジングに対し先端方向に動かしたときに、上記面取部が上記少なくとも1個の出っ張りと連接して当該少なくとも1個の出っ張りを上記器具から分離させる照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記空洞内に向け内方に延びる出っ張りを備え、その中への受容時に上記器具のうち上記所定部分との摩擦接触がもたらされ本装置が器具にしっかりと可脱固定されるよう、その出っ張りが工夫及び構成されている照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、更に、
上記電源から上記少なくとも1個の光源へと電力を供給するためのものであり、当該少なくとも1個の光源に電力が供給されない常開状態及び当該少なくとも1個の光源に電力が供給される閉状態を有する電気回路と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、導電部分を有し膨れうるよう工夫及び構成されている可撓部分を有しており、膨れると、その導電部分で上記常開電気回路が閉じられていない第1ポジションから、当該導電部分で上記電気回路が閉じられていて電力が上記少なくとも1個の光源に供給され当該少なくとも1個の光源が発光する第2ポジションへと、上記導電部分が上記電気回路に対し動くフレームと、
を備え、上記可撓部分が、更に、その内法にあり上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分を受容してそれと連接しうるよう構成されている開口を有し、当該可撓部分が上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分と連接しているときにその可撓部分が膨れると、上記第1ポジションから上記第2ポジションへと上記導電部分が上記電気回路に対し動く照明装置。 - 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記ハウジングの先端寄りにあり、その内法には開口があり、その上には電子部材が固定されている第1プレートと、上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記ハウジングの基端寄りにあり、その内法には開口があり、その上には電子部材及び複数個のバネが固定されている第2プレートと、を備える照明装置。
- 請求項10記載の照明装置であって、更に、上記ハウジング内に配置されていて金属プレートを有するフレームを備え、その金属プレートがそのフレームの先端に固定されていて上記第1プレートと接触可能であり、その接触により上記電気回路が完成され上記少なくとも1個の光源が発光する照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置であって、更に、その内法に開口があり上記ハウジング内に受容可能なフレームと、その内法に開口があり上記フレーム内に受容可能なスリーブと、上記ハウジングから延びる出っ張りと、を備え、上記器具と連接して本装置をその器具にしっかり固定するよう上記出っ張りが工夫及び構成されている照明装置。
- 基端及び先端を有しており、その基端から先端へと延びる内部空洞を画定しており、当ハウジング内を通り基端から先端へと延びる開口がその内部空洞により形成されており、その内部に器具のうち少なくとも一部分が受容されうるよう構成されているハウジングと、
上記ハウジングの略先端に配置されており、視野を照らせるよう工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個の光源と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力を供給してその光源を発光させるよう工夫及び構成されている電源と、
上記ハウジングから上記空洞内に延びており、第1リム及びその第1リムから先端に向かいある角度で延びる第2リムを有しており、その第2リムがタングを有しており、上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分に連接し本装置をその器具にしっかりと可脱固定するよう上記タングが工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個のセルフロック型出っ張りと、
を備える照明装置。 - 請求項13記載の照明装置であって、上記器具が上記空洞内に受容されているときに、(i)上記セルフロック型出っ張りがバネ装荷されること及び(ii)上記セルフロック型出っ張りが塑性変形することのうち少なくとも一方により、出っ張り・上記器具間接触が保たれる照明装置。
- 基端及び先端を有しており、その基端から先端へと延びる内部空洞を画定しており、当ハウジング内を通り基端から先端へと延びる開口がその内部空洞により形成されており、その内部に器具のうち少なくとも一部分が受容されうるよう構成されており、その器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分の外径寸法より小さい内径寸法を有するカラー部分がその基端にあり、そのカラー部分の壁を通じ基端から略先端に向かう方向に沿い延びるスリットが当該カラー部分により画定されており、上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分が入ってきたときに上記カラーが膨らんでその器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分の上記外径寸法が受容されるよう且つその器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分に圧縮力が加わって本装置がその器具にしっかりと摩擦固定されるよう、上記スリットが構成されているハウジングと、
上記ハウジングの略先端に配置されており、視野を照らせるよう工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個の光源と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力を供給してその光源を発光させるよう工夫及び構成されている電源と、
を備える照明装置。 - 基端及び先端を有しその先端に開口がある器具と、
基端及び先端を有しており、その基端から先端へと延びる内部空洞を画定しており、当ハウジング内を通り基端から先端へと延びる開口がその内部空洞により形成されており、その内部に上記器具のうち少なくとも一部分が受容されうるよう構成されているハウジングと、
上記ハウジングの上記開口の先端を通じ延ばすことが可能であり、上記器具の上記開口内にしっかりと受容可能であり、当シャフトから径方向外方に延びていて上記ハウジングの先端と接触させうるカラーを有しており、その接触により上記ハウジングが上記器具上にしっかりと固定されるシャフトと、
上記ハウジングの略先端に配置されており、視野を照らせるよう工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個の光源と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力を供給してその光源を発光させるよう工夫及び構成されている電源と、
を備える照明付器具。 - 基端及び先端を有しており、その基端から先端へと延びる内部空洞を画定しており、当ハウジング内を通り基端から先端へと延びる開口がその内部空洞により形成されており、その内部に器具のうち少なくとも一部分が受容されうるよう構成されているハウジングと、
上記ハウジングの略先端に配置されており、視野を照らせるよう工夫及び構成されている少なくとも1個の光源と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、第1プレート・第2プレート間にあり、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力を供給してその光源を発光させるよう工夫及び構成されている電源と、
上記電源から上記少なくとも1個の光源へと電力を供給するためのものであり、上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力が供給されない常開状態及び上記少なくとも1個の光源に電力が供給される閉状態を有する電気回路と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されており、導電部分を有する可撓部分を有しており、その可撓部分に膨らむ余地があり、膨れると、上記導電部分で上記常開電気回路が閉じられていない第1ポジションから、上記導電部分で上記電気回路が閉じられていて電力が上記少なくとも1個の光源に供給される第2ポジションへと、当該導電部分が当該電気回路に対し動くフレームと、
を備え、上記可撓部分が、更に、その内法にあり器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分を受容してそれと連接するよう構成されている開口を有し、当該可撓部分が上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分と連接しているときにその可撓部分が膨らむと、上記第1ポジションから上記第2ポジションへと上記導電部分が上記電気回路に対し動く照明装置。 - 請求項17記載の照明装置であって、上記可撓部分がベロ−を有する照明装置。
- 請求項17記載の照明装置であって、上記器具のうち上記少なくとも一部分を上記可撓部分から分離させると、その可撓部分が縮み、上記第2ポジションから上記第1ポジションへと上記導電部分が上記電気回路に対し動き、ひいてはその電気回路を開かせる照明装置。
