Description
Claims (19)
- 光線を受けて伝達させる光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバに対して作動可能に連結されたハンドピースと、
遠位光ファイバ及び遠位光導体を有する光学要素であって、前記遠位光ファイバは前記光学要素の第1出力通路に相当し、前記遠位光導体は前記第1出力通路とは異なる前記光学要素の第2出力通路に相当し、前記遠位光ファイバ及び前記遠位光導体のそれぞれの近位端は、前記光線を受け該光線を散乱させて領域を照らすために、前記光ファイバの遠位端に選択可能に光学的に連結され、前記遠位光導体の近位端の表面積は、前記光ファイバの遠位端の表面積より大きい光学要素と、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記第1出力通路と前記第2出力通路との間で選択するよう、前記光ファイバを前記遠位光ファイバ及び前記遠位光導体に選択可能に連結するためのアクチュエータと、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記光ファイバ及び前記光学要素を収容して導くためのカニューレと、を具備する構造化された照明プローブ。 - 前記遠位光導体は、機械加工されるか又は射出成形プラスチックである請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記遠位光導体は、19、20又は25ゲージの光導体である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記カニューレ及び前記ハンドピースは、生体親和性材料から製造される請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光ファイバは、近位端で光ケーブルに光学的に連結され、該光ケーブルは、前記光ファイバに光線を発するために前記光源に作動可能に連結される請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光ケーブルのゲージと前記光ファイバのゲージが等しい請求項5に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光源は、キセノン光源である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光源は、LED光源である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光ファイバと前記遠位光ファイバと前記遠位光導体との間の配列を確実にする一組の精密ストッパをさらに具備する請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記遠位光導体は、テーパーを備える請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 光線を生ずるための光源と、
光ファイバを有し、光線を受けて伝達させるため前記光源に光学的に連結された光ケーブルと、
該光ケーブルに作動可能に連結されたハンドピースと、
遠位光ファイバ及び遠位光導体を有する光学要素であって、前記遠位光ファイバは前記光学要素の第1出力通路に相当し、前記遠位光導体は前記第1出力通路とは異なる前記光学要素の第2出力通路に相当し、前記遠位光ファイバ及び前記遠位光導体のそれぞれの近位端は、前記光線を受け該光線を散乱させて領域を照らすために、前記光ファイバの遠位端に選択可能に光学的に連結可能であり、前記遠位光導体の近位端の表面積は、前記光ファイバの遠位端の表面積より大きい光学要素と、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記第1出力通路と前記第2出力通路との間で選択するよう、前記光ファイバを前記遠位光ファイバ及び前記遠位光導体に選択可能に連結するためのアクチュエータと、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記光ファイバ及び前記光学要素を収容して導くためのカニューレと、を具備する構造化された照明システム。 - 前記遠位光導体は、機械加工されるか又は射出成形プラスチックである請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記遠位光導体は、19、20又は25ゲージの光導体である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記カニューレ及び前記ハンドピースは、生体親和性材料から製造される請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光学要素と前記カニューレとの間で該カニューレの遠位端での封止部をさらに具備する請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光源は、キセノン光源である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光源は、LED光源である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光ファイバと前記遠位光ファイバと前記遠位光導体との間の配列を確実にする一組の精密ストッパをさらに具備する請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記遠位光導体は、テーパーを備える請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
