Claims (19)
- 眼科手術中に領域を照らすための構造化された照明プローブであって、
光線を受けて伝達させる光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバに対して作動可能に連結されたハンドピースと、
光学要素であって、その近位端が、前記光線を受け該光線を散乱させて領域を照らすために、前記光ファイバの遠位端に光学的に連結され、前記光学要素の入口開口をアンダーフィルして前記光学要素の遠位端から構造化された照明が出力されるように、当該光学要素の前記近位端の表面積は、前記光ファイバの遠位端の表面積より大きく、前記光ファイバの前記遠位端が、正方形に手入れされ、より大きな正方形の光導体を有する当該光学要素に連結されている、光学要素と、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記光ファイバ及び前記光学要素を収容して導くためのカニューレと、を具備する構造化された照明プローブ。 - 前記光学要素は、機械加工されるか又は射出成形プラスチックである請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光学要素は、19、20又は25ゲージの光学要素である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記カニューレ及び前記ハンドピースは、生体親和性材料から製造される請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光ファイバは、近位端で光ケーブルに光学的に連結され、該光ケーブルは、前記光ファイバに光線を発するために前記光源に作動可能に連結される請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光ケーブルのゲージと前記光ファイバのゲージが等しい請求項5に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光源は、キセノン光源である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光源は、LED光源である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光学要素は、光導体である請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 前記光学要素は、テーパーである請求項1に記載の構造化された照明プローブ。
- 眼科手術中に領域を照らすための構造化された照明システムであって、
光線を生ずるための光源と、
光ファイバを有し、光線を受けて伝達させるため前記光源に光学的に連結された光ケーブルと、
該光ケーブルに作動可能に連結されたハンドピースと、
光学要素であって、その近位端が、前記光線を受け該光線を散乱させて領域を照らすために、前記光ファイバの遠位端に光学的に連結され、前記光学要素の入口開口をアンダーフィルして前記光学要素の遠位端から構造化された照明が出力されるように、当該光学要素の前記近位端の表面積は、前記光ファイバの遠位端の表面積より大きく、前記光ファイバの前記遠位端が、正方形に手入れされ、より大きな正方形の光導体を有する当該光学要素に連結されている、光学要素と、
前記ハンドピースに作動可能に連結され、前記光ファイバ及び前記光学要素を収容して導くためのカニューレと、を具備する構造化された照明システム。 - 前記光学要素は、機械加工されるか又は射出成形プラスチックである請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光学要素は、19、20又は25ゲージの光学要素である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記カニューレ及び前記ハンドピースは、生体親和性材料から製造される請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光学要素と前記カニューレとの間で該カニューレの遠位端での封止部をさらに具備する請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光源は、キセノン光源である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光源は、LED光源である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
- 前記光学要素は、光導体である請求項11に記載の構造化された照明システム。
