Abstract
【解決手段】ナノイオン水および以下の工程を含むその製造方法。電解装置の二つの電極プレート間の距離を予定距離0.1〜0.8cmに調整し、陰極電極に対象水を注入し、炭酸塩水溶液を陽極電極に注入し、対象水及び炭酸塩水溶液を0.001〜0.005mmの孔径を有するイオン交換膜を介して8〜15Vで電解する。前記ナノイオン交換水は0.001〜1.0%(w/w)のアルカリ金属水酸化物を含むアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液で、pHが8〜14の間であるナノイオン水。
【効果】前記ナノイオン水は、汚れや化学的残留物を除去する洗浄力を有し、消臭、消毒、および洗浄された物の酸化腐食を抑止する機能を有する。

Claims (10)
- ナノイオン水の製造方法であって、
電解装置の二つの電極の間の距離を予定距離まで調整し、
対象水を陰極電解槽に注入して、
炭酸塩水溶液を陽極電解槽に注入して、
前記対象水と前記炭酸塩水溶液との間にイオン交換膜を介して電解反応を実行し、
前記陰極電解槽からナノイオン水を得ることを特徴とする、ナノイオン水の製造方法。 - 前記予定距離は、0.1cm〜0.8cmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電解反応に使用する電圧は8〜15ボルトの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン交換膜の孔径は、0.001〜0.005mmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電解反応において、ガス吸引装置を介して前記反応が生成する気相産物を吸引して排除することをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、ナノイオン水。
- 前記ナノイオン水のpH値は8〜14の間であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のナノイオン水。
- 前記ナノイオン水は、0.001%〜1.0%(w/w)の間のアルカリ金属水酸化物を含むアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のナノイオン水。
- 前記ナノイオン水は、4〜13個の水分子から構成された水クラスターを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のナノイオン水。
- 前記ナノイオン水が17O−NMRで測定された半幅値は45Hz〜70Hzの間であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のナノイオン水。
