Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。各図面に示される同一または同等の構成要素、部材、処理には、同一の符号を付すものとし、適宜重複した説明は省略する。図1は、本実施形態における車両用灯具100の概要を示す模式断面図である。図1に示すように、車両用灯具100は、ボディー部10と、搭載部材20と、光ファイバ30と、波長変換部材40と、アウターカバー50と、半透過膜60とを備えている。搭載部材20上には複数の発光素子21と発光素子22が搭載されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図2を用いて説明する。第1実施形態と重複する内容は説明を省略する。図2は、本実施形態における車両用灯具110の構成を示す部分拡大図である。本実施形態では、波長変換部材40の内側に透明樹脂層70を設け、樹脂で形成されたアウターカバー50と透明樹脂層70で波長変換部材40を挟んだ三層構造でパネルを構成した点が第1実施形態とは異なっている。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図3を用いて説明する。第1実施形態と重複する内容は説明を省略する。図3は、本実施形態における車両用灯具120の構成を示す模式図である。本実施形態の車両用灯具120では、アウターカバー50に貫通孔51が形成されており、光ファイバ30の光出射端面32近傍が挿入されている。また、アウターカバー50の外周面および光出射端面32を覆って半透過膜60が貼り付けられている。本実施形態では、波長変換部材40を設けずアウターカバー50のみでパネルを構成した点が第1実施形態とは異なっている。

Claims (6)
- 発光素子と、光ファイバと、パネルを備え、
前記パネルには前記光ファイバの外径と略同一径の貫通孔が形成されており、
前記光ファイバの光入射端面は前記発光素子に対向して配置され、前記光ファイバの光出射端面は前記貫通孔に挿入して配置され、
前記パネルおよび前記光出射端面を覆って半透過膜が貼り付けられていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用灯具であって、
前記半透過膜は、前記光出射端面から取り出される光の5〜30%を透過することを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具であって、
前記貫通孔は、前記パネルの外周面に対して略垂直に形成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一つに記載の車両用灯具であって、
前記光出射端面は、前記パネルの外周面と略面一となるように配置されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一つに記載の車両用灯具であって、
前記パネルには、光散乱材料が混入されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一つに記載の車両用灯具であって、
さらに第2の発光素子を備え、
前記パネルは、前記第2の発光素子からの光を波長変換する蛍光体含有層と、前記蛍光体含有層を挟む二つの樹脂層の三層構造で構成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
