Claims (3)
- 積層された複数のフィンと、これらフィンを収納する筐体と、これらフィンをフィン積層方向に貫通すると共に筐体のフィン積層方向両側の側板部を貫通する伝熱管とを備えるフィンチューブ式熱交換器であって、筐体のフィン積層方向の少なくとも片側の側板部に形成する伝熱管貫通孔は、筐体内に張出す筒状フランジ部を有するバーリング孔で構成され、各フィンに、各フィンに形成する伝熱管貫通孔に隣接してロウ材挿通孔が形成され、伝熱管が、片側の側板部に最寄りの最外側フィンのロウ材挿通孔から片側の側板部側に突出するロウ材の部分を溶融させることで、筒状フランジ部にロウ付けされるものにおいて、
筒状フランジ部に、ロウ材挿通孔が存在する方向を向く周方向部分に位置させて、筒状フランジ部の一部を切り抜いた切抜き部が形成されることを特徴とするフィンチューブ式熱交換器。 - 前記筒状フランジ部の前記切抜き部の形成箇所を含む所定の周方向部分の前記筐体内への張出し高さを、筒状フランジ部の他の周方向部分の筐体内への張出し高さより大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィンチューブ式熱交換器。
- 前記切抜き部の面積と前記筒状フランジ部の板厚との積を切抜き部体積として、前記最外側フィンのロウ材挿通孔から前記片側の側板部側に突出するロウ材の部分の体積よりも切抜き部体積が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のフィンチューブ式熱交換器。
