Abstract
Description
図1乃至図4を参照して、実施形態における制御弁1について説明する。図1は、実施形態における制御弁1の概略側面図である。図2は、実施形態における制御弁1の概略正面図である。図3は、図1のA−A矢視断面図である。図4は、図2のB−B矢視断面図である。
図1乃至図4を参照して、実施形態における制御弁1の各構成についてより詳細に説明する。
図3に記載の例では、弁本体10は、第1流路FP1を規定する第1配管11と、第2流路FP2を規定する第2配管13と、弁室VSと、弁座14とを備える。そして、第1流路FP1と弁室VSとが連通し、弁室VSと第2流路FP2とが連通している。弁座14は、弁室VSと第2流路FP2とを仕切る隔壁15の壁面に設けられている。
接続部材20は、第1配管11(より具体的には、第1フランジ部113)の周囲に配置される第1フランジ受け部213を備える。第1フランジ受け部213には、第1配管11が通過する穴部213hが設けられている。
図3に記載の例では、キャン30は、円筒状の側壁32と、端壁34とを備える。端壁34は、上側に凸であるドーム形状を有する。また、側壁32は、端壁34の外周部から下方に向かって延在している。側壁32の下端部30aは環状であり、環状の下端部30aと弁本体10とが互いに溶接されている。
図3に記載の例では、制御弁1は、キャン30内に配置されたロータ部材64と、キャン30外に配置されたステータ部材62とを備える。
弁駆動部は、ロータ部材64の回転によって、弁軸70を介して弁体75を昇降させる機構であり、キャン30に収容されている。弁軸70(弁シャフト)は、弁体75を支持する棒状の部材である。弁軸70の第1端部70aには弁体75が配置されている。そして、弁軸70が下方向に移動することにより、弁体75が弁座14に着座し、弁軸70が上方向に移動することにより、弁体75が弁座14から離間する。
図5を参照して、接続部材20の締結部22に連結される配管部品80の一例について説明する。図5は、接続部材20と配管部品80との間の連結構造の一例を示す概略断面図である。
図6を参照して、実施形態における制御弁の製造方法の一例について説明する。図6は、制御弁の製造方法の一例を示すフローチャートである。

Claims (8)
- 内部に弁室が形成された弁本体と、
前記弁本体に固着された接続部材と、
前記弁本体に固着されたキャンと
を具備し、
前記弁本体と前記キャンとは、同一の金属材料を含み、
前記接続部材は、樹脂製であり、
前記接続部材は、配管部品を接続するための締結部を備える制御弁。 - 前記弁本体はステンレス鋼製であり、
前記キャンはステンレス鋼製である請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記弁本体と前記キャンとは、溶接固着されている請求項1または2に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁本体と前記接続部材とは、インサート成形により一体化されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁本体は、第1フランジ部を備えた第1配管を有し、
前記接続部材は、前記第1配管の周囲に配置された第1フランジ受け部を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記締結部の数は1個である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。
- 前記キャン内に配置されたロータ部材と、
前記キャン外に配置されたステータ部材とを更に具備する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 金属製の弁本体と樹脂製の接続部材とを含むバルブ側ユニットを用意する工程と、
金属製の前記弁本体と、金属製のキャンとを固着する工程と
を具備し、
前記接続部材は、配管部品を接続するための締結部を備える
制御弁の製造方法。
