Claims (5)
- 被洗浄物を、炭化水素系溶剤、界面活性剤および水を含んでなるW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液で洗浄する洗浄工程(A)と、
前記W/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を同伴する被洗浄物を、前記炭化水素系溶剤および前記界面活性剤からなるすすぎ液、または前記炭化水素系溶剤からなるすすぎ液ですすぐすすぎ工程(B)と、
前記すすぎ液から少なくとも水分の一部を除去する水分除去工程(C)と、
前記水分除去工程(C)後の前記すすぎ液から分離した分離物を除去する分離工程(D)と、を含むことを特徴とするW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を使用する洗浄方法。 - 前記水分除去工程(C)は、水を気化させることにより行われる請求項1に記載のW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を使用する洗浄方法。
- 前記分離工程(D)は、フィルターによるろ過、遠心分離または蒸留濃縮により行われる請求項1または2に記載のW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を使用する洗浄方法。
- 前記すすぎ工程(B)と前記水分除去工程(C)は、同一の槽内において行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を使用する洗浄方法。
- 前記水分除去工程(C)と前記分離工程(D)は、同一の槽内において行われる請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のW/Oエマルジョン洗浄液を使用する洗浄方法。
