Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の変速機は、例えば、変速比を選択的に切替可能に構成された変速機構と、エンジンケースに設けられた当接部の下端面よりも鉛直方向下方に露出した露出部を有し、露出部において当該露出部の下端面よりも所定距離だけ上方に離れて設けられ、且つ当接部の下端面と露出部の部分とにより区画形成された外部開口と当該外部開口よりも鉛直方向上方の内部空間とを接続する屈曲した通路が設けられ、変速機構を覆うトランスミッションケースと、を備える。

Claims (4)
- 変速比を選択的に切替可能に構成された変速機構と、
エンジンケースに設けられた当接部の下端面よりも鉛直方向下方に露出した露出部を有し、前記露出部において当該露出部の下端面よりも所定距離だけ上方に離れて設けられ、且つ前記当接部の下端面と前記露出部の部分とにより区画形成された外部開口と当該外部開口よりも鉛直方向上方の内部空間とを接続する屈曲した通路が設けられ、前記変速機構を覆うトランスミッションケースと、
を備えた、変速機。 - 前記トランスミッションケースは、前記当接部に当接し、前記露出部よりも鉛直方向上方に配置され、且つ前記当接部から離れる方向に凹んだ凹部が設けられた対向部を有し、
前記通路は、
前記露出部の上端部を切欠いた第一の切欠と前記当接部の下端部とによって構成され、前記外部開口と前記対向部の凹部との間を接続する第一の区間と、
前記当接部と前記対向部の凹部とによって構成される第二の区間と、
前記対向部の凹部の上縁を切欠いた第二の切欠と前記当接部の端面とによって構成され、前記内部空間と前記凹部とを接続する第三の区間と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の変速機。 - 前記第一の切欠の深さは、前記第二の切欠の深さよりも小さい、請求項2に記載の変速機。
- 前記第一の切欠の前記トランスミッションケースの外周方向に沿った幅は、前記第二の切欠の前記外周方向に沿った幅よりも大きい、請求項2または3に記載の変速機。
