Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図1は、本発明の実施例1に係る点火装置の回路構成を示す図である。なお、図1において、図10に示す従来の点火装置と同一構成には、従来技術で使用した符号と同じ符号を付する。
図4は、本発明の実施例2に係る点火装置の回路構成を示す図である。実施例2に係る点火装置は、実施例1に係る点火装置の構成に対して、ECU10からの起動信号を制御回路132に出力する代わりに、イグナイター制御回路11からの点火信号を制御回路132に出力することを特徴とする。
図6は、本発明の実施例3に係る点火装置の回路構成を示す図である。実施例3に係る点火装置は、実施例1に係る点火装置の構成に、さらに、シャント抵抗Rsと、定電流検出PWM制御回路15を備えている。
図9は、本発明の実施例4に係る点火装置の回路構成を示す図である。実施例4に係る点火装置は、実施例2に係る点火装置の構成に、さらに、シャント抵抗Rsと、定電流検出PWM制御回路15を備えている。

Claims (3)
- 互いに電磁的に結合する第1巻線、第2巻線及び第3巻線を有する点火コイルと、
前記第1巻線の一端に接続される第1スイッチと、
前記第1巻線の他端に接続されるバッテリと、
一端が前記バッテリに接続され他端が前記第3巻線の一端に接続される昇圧部と、
前記第3巻線の他端に接続される第2スイッチと、
前記第1スイッチ及び前記第2スイッチをオンオフ駆動させる駆動装置とを備え、
前記駆動装置は、前記第1スイッチをオン状態からオフ状態に切り替えることで前記第2巻線に二次電流を流すとともに、前記第2スイッチをオフ状態からオン状態に切り替えることで前記第3巻線に前記昇圧部の出力を供給し、
前記第2巻線に第2電流を重畳させ、前記昇圧部は、前記点火コイルの第3巻線に流れる第3巻線電流が所定値以上になった場合に、前記第3巻線電流と前記昇圧部の出力電圧とによる電力を定電力に制御することを特徴とする点火装置。 - 前記点火コイルの第3巻線に流れる第3巻線電流を検出し、検出された第3巻線電流に基づく電圧がしきい値に達した場合にPWM信号を前記昇圧部に出力する定電流制御回路を備え、
前記昇圧部は、前記定電流制御回路からのPWM信号に基づき前記第3巻線電流に基づく電圧が所定電圧となるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の点火装置。 - 前記第2スイッチに直列に接続されたシャント抵抗を備え、
前記定電流制御回路は、前記シャント抵抗に流れる電流を前記第3巻線電流として検出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の点火装置。
