Claims (11)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されていると共に、該第一の取付部材の外側端面にインナブラケットの基端部が重ね合わされた状態で該第一の取付部材と該インナブラケットが固定されて、該インナブラケットが該第一の取付部材に対して側方へ延び出していると共に、該インナブラケットの基端部には袋状のストッパゴムが被せられて非接着で装着されている防振装置において、
前記ストッパゴムに形成された貫通孔に前記第一の取付部材が挿通された状態で該第一の取付部材と前記インナブラケットが相互に固定されていると共に、該ストッパゴムにおける該貫通孔の周縁部には該第一の取付部材の外周面に対して該インナブラケットの先端側から押し当てられる弾性当接部が設けられて、
該ストッパゴムが該インナブラケットに対して該インナブラケットの延出方向で位置決めされていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記ストッパゴムが前記インナブラケットの基端部に外挿状態で装着される筒状の周壁部と該周壁部の一方の開口を塞ぐ底壁部とを備える袋状とされており、
該ストッパゴムの該周壁部が該インナブラケットの基端部に外挿状態で弾性的に嵌着されていると共に、該第一の取付部材および該インナブラケットが該周壁部に設けられた該弾性当接部と該底壁部との間で弾性的に挟まれて、該ストッパゴムが該インナブラケットに対して位置決めされている請求項1に記載の防振装置。 - 前記弾性当接部が前記第一の取付部材側へ向けて次第に薄肉となるテーパ形状を有している請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記弾性当接部における前記第一の取付部材への当接端が、前記貫通孔の貫通方向に所定の幅で広がる面形状とされている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムが前記インナブラケットの基端部に外挿状態で装着される筒状の周壁部と該周壁部の一方の開口を塞ぐ底壁部とを備える袋状とされており、前記弾性当接部の厚さが該周壁部の最大厚さと該底壁部の最大厚さの何れよりも小さくされている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムが前記インナブラケットの基端部に外挿状態で装着される筒状の周壁部と該周壁部の一方の開口を塞ぐ底壁部とを備える袋状とされており、該周壁部における該底壁部と反対側の開口端部には、該インナブラケットに外挿状態で弾性的に嵌着される環状の先端嵌着部が設けられている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムには前記弾性当接部に対して前記インナブラケットの先端側に突出する応力緩和部が設けられており、該応力緩和部が該弾性当接部と前記第一の取付部材の外周面との当接方向に対して傾斜して延びている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムには前記弾性当接部に対して前記インナブラケットの先端側に離れた部分に重ね合わされる当接保持部が設けられていると共に、該弾性当接部と該当接保持部が前記応力緩和部を介して相互に連続している請求項7に記載の防振装置。
- 前記弾性当接部と前記当接保持部が何れも前記インナブラケットに当接状態で重ね合わされていると共に、前記応力緩和部と該インナブラケットの間には隙間が形成されている請求項8に記載の防振装置。
- 前記応力緩和部が厚さ方向に傾斜しながら前記弾性当接部と前記第一の取付部材の外周面の当接方向に延びる板状とされている請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記応力緩和部が厚さ方向に湾曲する湾曲板状とされている請求項10に記載の防振装置。
