Claims (6)
- 排気通路からEGR通路を介して吸気通路に還流する排ガスの量であるEGR量を制御する内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記EGR通路に設けられ、前記EGR量を調整するためのEGR弁と、
前記吸気通路の前記EGR通路との接続部よりも上流側、及び前記排気通路の前記EGR通路との接続部よりも下流側の一方に設けられ、前記EGR弁の上流側圧力と下流側圧力との間の差圧を調整するための絞り弁と、
前記EGR量の目標となる目標EGR量を設定する目標EGR量設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の負荷に相当する新気及び/又は排ガスの流量を表す流量パラメータを取得する流量パラメータ取得手段と、
当該取得された流量パラメータを用いて、前記EGR弁の上流側及び下流側のうちの前記絞り弁と反対側における圧力である反絞り弁側圧力を推定する反絞り弁側圧力推定手段と、
前記差圧の目標となる目標差圧を、前記流量パラメータによって表される流量が小さいほど、より小さな値に設定する目標差圧設定手段と、
前記目標差圧及び前記反絞り弁側圧力に基づき、前記EGR弁の上流側及び下流側のうちの絞り弁側における圧力である絞り弁側圧力の目標となる目標絞り弁側圧力を設定する目標絞り弁側圧力設定手段と、
前記目標EGR量、前記反絞り弁側圧力及び前記目標絞り弁側圧力を用いて、前記EGR弁の開度の目標となる目標EGR弁開度を設定する目標EGR弁開度設定手段と、
当該目標EGR弁開度に基づいて、前記EGR弁を制御するEGR弁制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記目標差圧設定手段は、前記目標差圧を所定の下限値を下回らないように設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記絞り弁は、前記吸気通路の前記EGR通路との前記接続部よりも上流側に設けられ、絞りにより前記EGR弁の下流側に負圧を発生させることによって、前記差圧を調整する吸気絞り弁であり、
前記絞り弁側圧力は、前記EGR弁の下流側圧力であり、
前記反絞り弁側圧力は、前記EGR弁の上流側圧力であり、
前記流量パラメータは、新気量の目標値として設定される目標新気量であること
を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記目標新気量を用いて、前記吸気絞り弁の上流側圧力を推定する吸気絞り弁上流側圧力推定手段と、
前記目標新気量、前記吸気絞り弁上流側圧力及び前記EGR弁の下流側圧力を用いて、前記吸気絞り弁の開度の目標となる目標吸気絞り弁開度を設定する目標吸気絞り弁開度設定手段と、
前記目標吸気絞り弁開度に基づいて、前記吸気絞り弁を制御する吸気絞り弁制御手段と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記絞り弁は、前記排気通路の前記EGR通路との前記接続部よりも下流側に設けられ、絞りにより前記EGR弁の上流側の圧力を高めることによって、前記差圧を調整する排気絞り弁であり、
前記絞り弁側圧力は、前記EGR弁の上流側圧力であり、
前記反絞り弁側圧力は、前記EGR弁の下流側圧力であり、
前記流量パラメータは、新気量の目標値として設定される目標新気量であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記目標新気量を用いて、前記排気絞り弁の下流側圧力を推定する排気絞り弁下流側圧力推定手段と、
前記目標新気量、前記排気絞り弁下流側圧力及び前記EGR弁の上流側圧力を用いて、前記排気絞り弁の開度の目標となる目標排気絞り弁開度を設定する目標排気絞り弁開度設定手段と、
前記目標排気絞り弁開度に基づいて、前記排気絞り弁を制御する排気絞り弁制御手段と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
