Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置1の構成を示した図である。この製造装置1は、固体高分子形燃料電池用の膜・電極接合体(MEA:Membrane-Electrode-Assembly)の製造過程に用いられる装置である。製造装置1は、長尺帯状の基材である電解質膜の表面に触媒層を形成して、膜・触媒層接合体(CCM:Catalyst-coated Membrane)を製造する。
図4は、膜・触媒層接合体の製造時の流れを示すフローチャートである。

Claims (6)
- 基材を搬送する搬送部と、
前記搬送部により搬送される基材に、可燃性材料を含む塗布液を塗布する塗布部と、
前記塗布部よりも、前記基材の搬送方向の下流側に配置され、前記塗布部により塗布される塗布液を乾燥させる乾燥部と、
前記塗布部および前記乾燥部の少なくとも一方を覆い、搬送される基材の搬入口と、搬出口とを有するチャンバーと、
前記搬入口および前記搬出口を開閉する開閉部材と、
前記チャンバー内の雰囲気を検出する検出部と、
前記開閉部材を駆動し、平時は前記搬入口および前記搬出口を開放し、前記検出部による検出結果に応じて、前記搬入口および前記搬出口を閉鎖する開閉部材駆動部と、
を備える、塗布装置。 - 請求項1に記載の塗布装置であって、
前記チャンバー内を排気する排気部、
を備え、
前記検出部は、
前記排気部による排気量を検出し、
前記開閉部材駆動部は、
前記検出部が検出する排気量が第1閾値を下回る場合、前記搬入口および前記搬出口を閉鎖する、
塗布装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の塗布装置であって、
前記検出部は、
前記チャンバー内の可燃性気体の濃度を検出し、
前記開閉部材駆動部は、
前記検出部が検出する濃度が第2閾値以上である場合、前記搬入口および前記搬出口を閉鎖する、
塗布装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置であって、
前記搬送部は、
前記開閉部材で前記搬入口および前記搬出口を閉鎖する場合、前記基材の搬送を停止する、
塗布装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1つに記載の塗布装置であって、
前記開閉部材は、閉鎖時に前記基材と接触する部分に緩衝部材を有する、
塗布装置。 - 長尺帯状の基材を搬送しつつ、
搬送される基材に、可燃性材料を含む塗布液を塗布部で塗布し、
乾燥部で、前記塗布部により塗布される塗布液を乾燥させる塗布方法であって、
a)前記塗布部または前記乾燥部の少なくとも一方を覆うチャンバー内の雰囲気を検出する工程と、
b)前記工程a)での検出結果に応じて、前記チャンバーに設けられた基材の搬入口および搬出口を閉鎖する工程と、
を含む、塗布方法。
