Claims (8)
- 巻芯部と、前記巻芯部の軸方向における両端にそれぞれ設けられた第1及び第2の鍔部とを有するドラム型コアと、
前記第1及び第2の鍔部に固定された板状コアと、
前記第1の鍔部に設けられた第1の端子電極と、
前記第2の鍔部に設けられた第2の端子電極と、
前記巻芯部に巻回され、一端が前記第1の端子電極に接続され、他端が前記第2の端子電極に接続されたワイヤと、を備え、
前記巻芯部を介した前記第1の鍔部と前記第2の鍔部との間の磁路に第1の磁気ギャップが設けられていることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記第1の磁気ギャップは、前記巻芯部を前記軸方向に分断するギャップによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ギャップは、前記巻芯部の前記軸方向における中間位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ギャップを埋める非磁性材料をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記非磁性材料は、さらに前記巻芯部の表面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ギャップによって分断された前記巻芯部は、互いに嵌合する形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2の鍔部と前記板状コアとの間に第2の磁気ギャップが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1の磁気ギャップは、前記第2の磁気ギャップよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコイル部品。
