Abstract
【課題手段】本発明に係る操作器100は、リング状に形成され、その内周面に歯1aを有し、回転不能に設けられた固定内歯車1と、リング状に形成され、その内周面に歯2dを有し、固定内歯車と同軸に回転可能に設けられた可動内歯車2と、固定内歯車および可動内歯車と噛み合って固定内歯車の内周面に沿って回転する複数の外歯車4と、リング状に形成され、複数の外歯車を回転可能に支持するとともに、その外周面に駆動用モータからの回転力を受ける歯(30a)を有し、駆動用モータからの回転力を複数の外歯車に伝達し、可動内歯車と同軸に回転可能に設けられたキャリア(3)とを備えることを特徴とする。

Description
図1には、本実施の形態に係る操作器100の動力伝達機構の斜視図が示され、図2には、操作器100の動力伝達機構の分解斜視図が示され、図3,4には、操作器100の動力伝達機構の平面図が示され、図5には、操作器100の動力伝達機構の正面図が示され、図6には、操作器100の動力伝達機構の断面図が示されている。
以下、操作器100の動力伝達機構の具体的な構造について、詳細に説明する。
操作器100に電源が供給され、駆動用モータ5が回転した場合、その回転力がモータ用歯車機構6を介してキャリア3に伝達される。駆動用モータ5からの回転力を受けたキャリア3は、固定内歯車1および可動内歯車2と同軸に回転する。このとき、キャリア3によって支持されている複数の外歯車4は、固定内歯車1の歯1aと噛み合いながら、キャリア3からの回転力を受けて固定内歯車1の内周面に沿って回転(自転および公転)する。
以上、本発明者らによってなされた発明を実施の形態に基づいて具体的に説明したが、本発明はそれに限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変更可能であることは言うまでもない。
Claims (5)
- リング状に形成され、その内周面に歯を有し、回転不能に設けられた固定内歯車と、
リング状に形成され、その内周面に歯を有し、前記固定内歯車と同軸に回転可能に設けられた可動内歯車と、
前記固定内歯車および前記可動内歯車と噛み合って、前記固定内歯車の内周面に沿って回転する複数の外歯車と、
リング状に形成され、前記複数の外歯車を回転可能に支持するとともに、その外周面に駆動用モータからの回転力を受ける歯を有し、前記駆動用モータからの回転力を前記複数の外歯車に伝達し、前記可動内歯車と同軸に回転可能に設けられたキャリアと、を備える
操作器。 - 請求項1に記載の操作器において、
前記可動内歯車の回転軸と異なる軸線上に配置された前記駆動用モータと、
前記駆動用モータの出力軸に連結されたモータ用歯車機構と、を更に備え、
前記キャリアの外周面に形成された歯は、前記モータ用歯車機構を構成する歯車と噛み合っている
ことを特徴とする操作器。 - 請求項2に記載の操作器において、
前記キャリアは、前記固定内歯車と前記可動内歯車との間に、前記可動内歯車と同軸に配置されている
ことを特徴とする操作器。 - 請求項3に記載の操作器において、
前記可動内歯車は、
その回転軸上に形成された貫通孔と、
その外周面と前記貫通孔との間の領域に、前記可動内歯車の回転軸と平行な方向に形成された、前記貫通孔と同心のリング状の溝と、
前記溝の内壁に形成され、前記複数の外歯車と噛み合う歯と、を有する
ことを特徴とする操作器。 - 請求項3または4に記載の操作器において、
前記複数の外歯車は、その回転軸上に形成された貫通孔を夫々有し、
前記キャリアは、
前記複数の外歯車の夫々の前記貫通孔に挿通された複数の軸部材と、
その外周面に前記モータ用歯車機構を構成する歯車と噛み合う歯を有し、前記複数の軸部材の一端を支持する基部と、
前記複数の外歯車の回転軸方向に、前記複数の外歯車を挟んで前記基部と対面配置され、前記軸部材の他端を支持する支持部材と、を有する
ことを特徴とする操作器。
