Claims (4)
- シス−3−ヘキシニルアセテートを0.7ppb以上含有する、ビールテイスト飲料。
- 製造されるビールテイスト飲料のシス−3−ヘキシニルアセテート含有量が0.7ppb以上となる条件で生ホップを使用することを含む、ビールテイスト飲料の製造方法。
- 前記条件の少なくとも一部として、生ホップを乾燥重量換算で0.3g/L以上の量で使用する、請求項2に記載のビールテイスト飲料の製造方法。
- ビールテイスト飲料の製造において、前記ビールテイスト飲料のシス−3−ヘキシニルアセテート含有量が0.7ppb以上となる条件で生ホップを使用することにより、前記ビールテイスト飲料の香味を向上させる、方法。
