Claims (20)
- 第1画素及び第2画素を含む複数の画素を備えた基板;
前記基板上に備えられ、前記第1画素及び前記第2画素に個別に備えられた陽極、前記第1画素と前記第2画素との間の境界に備えられた第1バンク層、前記陽極上に備えられた発光層、及び前記発光層上に備えられた陰極を備える発光素子層;
前記発光素子層上に備えられた封止層;
前記封止層上に備えられたタッチセンサーを備え、
前記陰極は、前記第1画素に備えられた第1陰極及び前記第2画素に備えられた第2陰極を含み、前記第1陰極と前記第2陰極は、前記第1バンク層によって互いに分離されている表示装置。 - 前記第1陰極と前記第2陰極それぞれの端が、前記第1バンク層の側面と向き合う請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1陰極と前記第2陰極の上面が、前記第1バンク層の上面よりも低い請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1陰極が、第1方向に前記基板の非表示領域まで延長され、
前記第2陰極は、前記第1方向に前記基板の非表示領域まで延長された請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1画素及び第2画素それぞれが、四角形構造からなり、
前記第1陰極は、前記第1画素を含む前記複数の画素の一部に対応しながらストライプ形態に配列され、
前記第2陰極は、前記第2画素を含む前記複数の画素の一部に対応しながらストライプ形態に配列された請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1画素及び第2画素それぞれが、ダイヤモンド構造またはペンタイル構造からなり、
前記第1陰極は、前記第1画素を含む複数の画素の一部に対応しながらジグザグ形態に配列され、
前記第2陰極は、前記第2画素を含む複数の画素の一部に対応しながらジグザグ形態に配列された請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1陰極と前記第2陰極が、前記基板の非表示領域に備えられた接続電極によって電気的に接続されている請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素のうち、前記第1方向に配列された隣接する画素間の境界に備えられた第2バンク層をさらに含み、
前記第1陰極と前記第2陰極が、前記第2バンク層の上面上に延長されている請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンサーが、前記第1バンク層とオーバーラップした第1及び第2タッチ電極を含んでなる請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1及び第2タッチ電極が、前記第1陰極及び前記第2陰極とオーバーラップしない請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチセンサー上に備えられたカラーフィルター層をさらに備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光層が、白色を発光し、前記第1バンク層上に追加で設置されていて、
前記陰極と接する前記発光層の上部にはフォトクロミック物質を含む請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1バンク層及び第2バンク層が、互いに異なる方向に配列されている請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記カラーフィルター層が、隣接する画素間の境界にブラックマトリックスを備え、隣接するブラックマトリックスの間に備えられたカラーフィルター、及び前記カラーフィルター上に備えられたオーバーコート層を備える請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 複数の画素を含む基板;
前記基板上に備えられた封止層;
前記封止層の一面と接する発光素子層;
前記封止層の他面と接するタッチセンサー;および
前記発光素子層内に備えられ、前記封止層の一面の一部と接する陰極を備え、
前記発光素子層は、前記複数の画素間の境界に備えられたバンク層を含み、前記陰極の一部分から前記タッチセンサーまでの距離は、前記タッチセンサーから前記バンク層の上面までの距離よりも遠い表示装置。 - 前記封止層の前記一面の他の部分が、前記陰極及び前記バンク層と接しない請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素が、四角形の構造からなり、
前記陰極は、前記複数の画素の一部に対応しながらストライプ形態に配列配置された請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の画素が、ダイヤモンド構造またはペンタイル構造からなり、
前記陰極は、前記複数の画素の一部に対応しながらジグザグ形態に配列された請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記封止層と反対面に該当する前記タッチセンサーの表面上に備えられたカラーフィルター層をさらに含んでなる請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記バンク層が、第1方向に延長された第1バンク層及び第2方向に延長された第2バンク層を含み、
前記陰極は、前記第1バンク層の上面上に延長され、前記第2バンク層の上面上に延長されない請求項15に記載の表示装置。
