Claims (6)
- 培養された細胞組織体を断層撮像する工程と、
撮像により取得される画像データに基づき前記細胞組織体の三次元形状を表す立体データを作成する工程と、
前記立体データに基づき、前記細胞組織体に含まれる、互いに孤立した構造物の数を計数する工程と
を備える細胞組織体の評価方法。 - 前記立体データから特定される、空間的な連結性を有する閉曲面で囲まれる空間領域を1つの前記構造物として計数する請求項1に記載の細胞組織体の評価方法。
- 光コヒーレンストモグラフィにより前記断層撮像を行う請求項1または2に記載の細胞組織体の評価方法。
- 前記断層撮像を時間間隔を空けて複数回実行し、各撮像に対応する前記立体データのそれぞれについて前記計数を行う請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の細胞組織体の評価方法。
- 細胞組織体に対する化学物質の薬効を評価する薬効評価方法において、
培養された前記細胞組織体に対し、評価対象の前記化学物質を投与する工程と、
前記化学物質を投与された前記細胞組織体を、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の細胞組織体の評価方法により評価する工程と、
前記細胞組織体の評価結果に基づいて、前記化学物質の薬効を判定する工程と
を備える薬効評価方法。 - 前記立体データに基づき前記構造物の総面積および総体積の少なくとも一方を算出し、その算出結果と前記構造物の計数結果とに基づき、前記化学物質の薬効を判定する請求項5に記載の薬効評価方法。
